Almost like a seasoned cracker they serve with a sweet chili type sauce and a green chili sauce. Think of it like a chips/salsa. :-)

We have been to Tucson several times and somehow love the Indian restaurants in here compared to Phoenix. This place was a new find and it's definitely our new favorite now. The staff is really humble and warm so you will always feel welcomed.Food tasted great! The roti was exceptionally soft and well cooked, paneer tikka masala was flavorful with soft paneer and my folks loved their chicken Rogan Josh too. Upon arrival we were served complimentary papad with chutneys which was nice too. I love the spa water carafe they serve at the table with mint and lemon in it.We also ordered chicken nan which was nice however forgot to take a picture of the same.

Popular place. My mate and I had malai kofta, one spiced medium, the other hot. Couldn't tell the difference, really-- but both were very good. Had garlic naan (very good), paneer pakora (sadly tasteless), and chili pakora (nice). Service was pretty good-- and they were slammed with customers. We wondered what would make them five star, a score I rarely grant to anyone-- you have to be at the top of your game to get all five.Perhaps more variety of offerings, although they have a lot of variations. Their prices are average for the market and are a reasonable value. The flavors were good, but not pronounced; this isn't an objective determination, "pronounced", rather, it indicates our perception of comparative blandness. Still good, and still worth a visit.

Good food, great ambience, excellent service! We enjoyed our meal at Indian Twist. They were very accommodating to our party which included two toddlers. The food was delicious and there were many vegan and vegetarian options. Will visit again!

Came on a Sunday night with my dad, cousin, and friend. It was moderately busy but not out-the-door packed, and while service was friendly it was slower than expected (felt like about 8-10 minutes passed before our drink orders were taken).Unfortunately, even though my dad wanted to try Indian food as he's had it maybe once or twice, the friend had a low-spice tolerance so we ended up getting everything mild. :\ While the navrattan korma and butter chicken were flavorful, they needed a bit of a kick to elevate the flavors more. The garlic cauliflower was a bit like buffalo wing, breaded cauliflower, not much garlic flavor. I did enjoy everything with the fresh garlic naan and basmati rice, though. While the atmosphere isn't the "authentic" experience, the food was pretty good and service was friendly.

This is an attractive restaurant with a modern feel. We arrived for an early dinner on a Monday and the place was nearly empty. Our food arrived quickly and was quite typical and ordinary as far as Indian food in most of the US is concerned. The Lamb Rogan Josh and Lentil dish we ordered were fine. Not great but as you would expect. The interesting stand out was the plain Naan bread which was truly excellent. Too bad it arrived about five minutes before our mains as this gave the bread a chance to get a bit stiff before we could enjoy it with the meal. In short, this is a decent restaurant but did not stand out from the many Indian restaurants we have tried around the US.w

If you're thinking Indian this is definitely a place to try. The portions are plenty and flavorful. The Hot option is definitely HOT . It's a different heat than mexican red chili or salsa. The garlic naan is a must with any dish. This time we had Lamb biryani, lamb saag and garlic naan. There are plenty of adult beverages available as well. Great atmosphere quiet and nice dinner ambience. The server was appropriately timed with food and drinks and definitely made our Anniversary dinner a pleasant one.

Visited twice for lunch and always leave satisfied and with leftovers. The portion sizes are decent, and food is flavorful. - For starters, we've had the vegetable pakora and cheese fingers - a bit heavier on the breading for my preference but not too greasy. - The Aloo Gobi is a solid choice for vegetarian dishes and is on the lighter side. - For meat entrees, we enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and lamb vindaloo; if you're hesitant about lamb, it wasn't too game-y and was well-spiced with the gravy. - Recommend ordering the garlic naan to dip in the tasty tikka masala sauce.

I came here for lunch. I got my favorite. Butter chicken curry with plain naan. I know it's basic, but it's so good. The portions are big, so I took the leftovers home. My server, Nancy, was attentive. The place is clean and I like the decor.

I enjoyed my food at the Indian twist. My only complaint is that everything was coconut based, so it was very rich and it would've been nice to have a nice vegan dal or a lighter vegan option. The naans are sadly not vegan but the roti makes a decent stand in. I loved all the different dips they brought out for appetizers, those were tasty. The vegan dishes we got that were filled with potatoes, were my favorites. If you're unsure what is vegan or what can be made vegan, they seemed very knowledgeable so don't be shy about asking. Lastly, they do have a full bar and some interesting foreign whiskeys to try. My one complaint, is sitting in the middle in the booth, there is a round pillow that separated our table from the other table and there was no way to lean back. It made for tough sitting, and then it got awkward when someone sat behind us and we kept bumping back.

Spent $40 on takeout and get back to work with a complete and utter mess of tandoori that's been crushed under the weight of every other dish we ordered. Not a fork. Not a napkin. Nothing except a gross mess. Take some f*^**** pride in what you do. Gross and unacceptable. Called and they told me to bring the food back for a refund. Driving back to go drop off their food and wasting more money to do so.
