Independent Volkswagen and Audi Services

I have been to them twice. I drive a Volkswagen and a friend referred me to them. They have decentand good customer service. The first time, my back door handle broke off they fixed it quickly and I was in and out. With in 2 days after they fixed it, it came off again, but they had me bring it back in and fixed it again (no additional cost than what I additionally paid) and it's been 2 years with no issues from that handle. I recently brought it back in after the dealer told me that I needed some costly repairs. I brought it here for a second opinion and they go age their advice (which was much different from the dealer recommendations).

These guys are legit - very responsive and know what they are doing - they are keeping our 2001 Passat Alive and good - thanks gents

The service, quality, and pricing really are as good as it gets!! I bring my VW Eos here for major servicing but keep taking it to other shops for oil changes and tire rotations ONLY because I live 25 minutes away. However, these other shops keep breaking things! Then I bring it here and they fix it up. Moral of the story? Always bring your VW to Independent Volkswagen and Audi Services. Always.My son has an older Mitsubishi and Nick has even given us some advice on that car and is always willing to talk through the options and offer support so that my son can learn to take care of his car. If we need professionals, they can even do some of the work here too.You won't find a better shop, more reliable service, or more honest people anywhere else!

Way better then the Volkswagen dealership in town. I actually could trust these guys and they didn't overprice. I highly recommend.

These guys are truly a fantastic, honest, and reliable team. Been coming for years with 2 Audis. Cannot recommend this shop enough.

I had an issue with my overheating light coming on in my Volkswagen 2004 beetle. I called on the phone set an appointment to come down and have it checked out. They said it would be close to $300. I let them know that there was also some gummy stuff I put in there to see on my block you know in case you had a leak and that that could be causing the thermostat to freeze up that I also might need a flush. They told me that a flush on top of the thermostat would be another 300 something dollars so I like my work done done professionally and insured done right so I said let's do it so they did the work. when I was calling to pick up my vehicle, I checked the fluid there's a light came on instantly so I checked the fluid the ball wasn't even full so they took it back into the bay. Had to refill it for days. I had to three days I had to burp my vehicle to get the water to flow right to keep it cool cause I kept overflowing and overheating so I said well maybe they're right maybe it's still gummed up the new one the new thermostat I bought a new thermostat replaced. It flushed it out again myself and refilled it all for about 70 or $74 and this company charged me 600+ dollars by 639. $639 I think it was I also said are you sure that's it and he said yeah you're we can't do anything else because your block is cracked that'll be $1500 we sent it to outside the shop have it your whole engine board out and it comes back basically brand new so I put the new one in the thermostat refilled it. It was still doing the same thing. My my overheat light kept coming on come to find out it was on the other side of the block where all the hoses go in that unit was cracked that was the issue so these people charge me to diagnose my vehicle as a professional and they did my service wrong and they charged way to much I would not recommend this company to anybody like I said there's supposed to be the professionals they're supposed to be able to diagnose exactly what the problem is and not overcharge anybody they're supposed to be a service to people we're supposed to be happy to talk about how good they did and how we would want someone else to be treated just as well. I did not find this at all and the company I'm dusting my feet.PS the only reason I put a star is so I can leave a review and hopefully other people don't be treated like this in the future, independent Volkswagen don't think it's very cool how you treat people just post to be a professional provide a service what happen?

Having bought my first Audi, I bought it with some miles on it as the insurance on my totalled Jeep covered it nicely.I've bought new cars all my life. I was pretty anxious about buying a car someone else had driven.There are three Audi crews in the city that I know of. I read reviews and chose Independent.This business is completing its second generation treating Audi's and VW's. If anyone knows more than Nick and his crew, it would have to be his father.In less than an hour, Nick and crew had gone over my car and furnished advice and photos, as well as opinions on what task should be done when. They priced it all out for me and scheduled a return date.I haven't had the deficiencies finished yet, but I know exactly what they are, what needs to be done, what it will cost and when it can be done.Just talk to Nick for a few minutes and you'll pick up on the passion for VW's, Karmann-Ghia's, Audi's, Porsches.I have no doubt that the work to come will be just as meticulous as it's been thus far. I have found my mechanics for keeps.

Very transparent fast and honest. Charged me less then other shops for a basic oil change, asked me if I wanted to replace my filters before actually doing it so I would be aware of an extra $60. Very quick. Staff is very polite and overall chill. Also had a cute dog upfront and lots of cool Audis. Greta shop for any Audi driver

This was my first visit and not my last! If I need any repair on my Audi, I will call them. Staff is very friendly, professional and honest.
