Awful customer service upfront. Condescending and just rude. We have been customers for 15+ years and stuck through the many changes. I'm done. The vets are great but the office needs to be run better.

Dr Devey is the bomb. She has taken care of all our dogs and also our pups after each litter. I will never forget when I was a first time puppy mom and freaking out because Mama had not delivered all the placentas and was kind of lethargic. She took mom and pups for the day and watched them, even cleaned up mom and pups, and then sent them home. NO IT WAS NOT A HUGE BILL EITHER. She is just the best

This group of professionals are wonderful. My puppy had surgery last week and is back to herself. They truly care for our animals and in turn the owners. Explain procedures and instruct in aftercare. Dr. Devey is awesome , straight forward and up front about procedures and cost estimates. I only wish I lived closer. The trip was worth it!!!

I love this place. They have extended hours, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, and cared about Zack.

We rescued a white mix breed, likely maltese & poodle. Told it was 9 months old. Dr. Devin James was so incredible in checking over our new "puppy" which turns out to be closer to 2.5 years old. Dr. James was so great it assessing condition, from gums to skin to nails and our Bella's foot biting issue. We had her vaccinations & heart-worm concern addressed before it became a problem. We look forward to trusting Bella with Dr James. Glad for the recommendation from 2 other pet owners, and feel fortunate rescuing a beautiful little loving playful companion that had been from unfortunate living conditions.

This is a new vet for me, so not a lot of experience but so far I am very impressed. My dog and I have seen Dr. Devin James and Dr. Brenda Reed, and both have been excellent, as have the techs. My dog is wary of strangers, and they have all handled him well, knowing how to ease his fears make him feel comfortable. The vets have taken the time to answer all my questions, and I have never felt rushed. All charges are explained in advance. Many tests can be done in-house, saving time and travel to other facilities. The place is immaculately clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. If your animal needs to be hospitalized, they have the facilities there, so that your pet will be seen by their regular vet team. This place is not cheap! But you get premium care for your money and after a bad experience at a less expensive place, I have come to feel that it is worth it. I have decided this will be my veterinary clinic from now on, and I am very pleased with it so far.

I have been taking my pets to Ina Road Animal Hospital since it opened in about 1996. I have been happy with every visit! The veterinarians are wonderful caring and straight forward. Dr. Reed goes above and beyond to explain any health issues and to give options that you have, in addition to her recommendation. The vet techs are knowledgable and caring. I alway recommend Ina Road to folks needing vet care for their pets.

My husband and I were on vacation in Tucson when our 13 year old dog started acting lethargic and refusing to eat. We walked in to Ina Road Animal Hospital seeking help for our girl, and they literally saved her life. Turns out Vonnegut had a cancerous tumor that had become abscessed and ruptured! None of us were sure she would make it, but thanks to the skills of Dr Devey (who performed her surgery) and the rest of the staff, our girl survived and has now beaten cancer for the 3rd time. Special shout out to Justin and Dr. Reed for keeping us calm and doing a great job of explaining everything that was happening. And to everyone who took care of our girl while she was there, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! If you live in Tucson, do your pets a favor and take them to Ina Road. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
