Best urgent care ever- nice aesthetic, polite staff, beautiful art, nice recliners, and they even offer extra services like IV infusions. NP took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Saved me time getting my meds there too, at the same price as my pharmacy co-pay, without the long wait! Will definitely return if I need urgent care again.

Booked an appointment time through their website. Showed up about 20 minutes before my scheduled time and there was no record of my appointment in their system. No idea what happened to the information I put in and uploaded through their site. I got the confirmation emails. But the receptionist was adamant. Got taken back after less than 10 minute wait which they get a second star for since it was still at the time of my appointment. Blood pressure, temp, O2 levels then into the treatment room where the same person who said I wasn't in the system asked me about my symptoms. Then just wait for the Nurse Practitioner. NP was nice, asked good questions, listened to the answers (not all of them do) and listened to my feedback. They had the script in stock so I walked out with the meds I needed, in under thirty minutes. Had the issue with the online appointment scheduling not been an issue this would have been a 5 star review.

The team was quick and efficient. They are caring and knowledgeable. Best care I've found in Tucson.

This place is amazing! I went to an urgent care the previous day and had a very bad experience with the NP denying my symptoms but this place is awesome the staff was incredibly nice and professional. And took my symptoms seriously and gave me several options for treatment. I highly recommend going here they have on site medicine so you don't have to also go to a pharmacy. I am super impressed and will be going here from now on.

My husband and I found Immediate Care Arizona last week when we were both feeling quite miserable. We are from out of town, and relied upon Yelp reviews of various urgent care facilities in the Tucson area. We are so glad that the positive reviews we saw guided us to Immediate Care Arizona. This is the way medicine ideally should be practiced: a compassionate and competent friendly staff who attend to your needs quickly, thoroughly. We were able to be seen immediately after having had called, a thorough intake was taken, and Dr. Skinner addressed all issues, clearly explaining what was happening and what would be done to begin remedying out symptoms (Covid for both my husband and myself as well as pneumonia for me). He instilled confidence and trust with his knowledge and ability to start treatments (nebulizer, shot, gargle treatment that simply ended a searing sore throat), explained the medications we would be using, and, not a small thing, provided said medications before leaving the office. Truly - cannot recommend Dr. Skinner and staff too highly!

They helped me figure out how to heal my sprained pinky finger. Everyone was very nice and the clinic is clean and peaceful.

I went in with influenza and even though they were behind they got to me quickly and with care. The next day I brought all my kids in and I was impressed with their quick and kind treatment. I've recommended it to all my friends.

Alena was so helpful during my visit here. She went above and beyond to figure out a solution for my health issue I was experiencing. Highly recommend! Clean, friendly and supportive environment from all staff.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have nothing but positive feedback about Dr. Skinner, and all the nurses. They take the time to understand the visit, ask great questions to truly assess what's going on with your health. I had a HORRIBLE experience at TUCSON ER AND HOSPITAL where DR. MURPHY did not take our visit seriously and at the end he didn't own the problem and blamed his diagnosis on me... anyways... not here to review that horrible place where you are only a number, not a human.... Any medical issues you have, even if it is to ask for the Doctor's opinion, please visit Immediate Care, YOU WILL NOT REGRET and will keep on coming back.

Was in Ora Valley, and needed a check up and Covid clearance. I'm just so disappointed that we don't have this level of care and service in Phx! First, what a beautiful facility! Someone out care and pride in the design and it translate throughout the care of the front, medical assistant that helped me, and the doctor. I'm seriously thinking it's worth driving down from now on! Lol
