Hydro Rooter and Plumbing

Our drain in our kitchen sink was leaking at the elbow. I contacted Yelp and they sent my request to several plumbing companies.I immediately heard from Jake O'Hara at Hydro Rooter. Jake set me up with an appointment the next morning. He and Clifford, his apprentice, arrived during their promised 2 hour window.When they arrived, they immediately covered their shoes. I was impressed! They quoted me $79 for the call, and that covered the repair.Jake tested the repair several times to ensure it was fixed properly. I have found a reliable plumber and I will use them in the future

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Jake answered in a timely manner and came out to look at it ASAP. He also answered our questions about installing a water softener system which we plan to do down the road. Highly recommend

Was recommended to this business and Jake. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful, knowledgeable, considerate and mindful Jake and his partner Martine were. They came out multiple times, first to diagnose the problem and initially solve, but after inspection we had a bigger problem. So they came back first thing the next day. It ended up being more work than expected, damage to our clay pipe, multiple feet underground, but the effort they put in to solve the problem and get our household back to a working condition goes beyond words. He's very reasonable when it comes to finding solutions, and what actually works for your household. If you want reliable work, and someone who cares Jake is definitely the person to call. I will be having him work on the repairs on our home and now have a go to company if ever needed, and someone I would recommend to family.

I had a leaky hose outside at 11 pm at night and did not know how to shut off water, so I Jumped on Yelp and picked the first business that would reply and sure enough these guys responded immediately!! The gentleman who answered walked me thru the process on shutting off my wster till the next moring . Following moring , my Dad had to come fix it and to my great surprise these guys called me first thing in the morning to see if I was ok and if I needed any more help!! Excellent customer service !! I had high hopes for this company based off previous reviews but in the end I was left with a stick where the sun don't shine. Jake attempted to clear a clog that they could not take care of and still ended up charging me 100% for the service. Talk about ethics. And then to make it even shadier, he offered a discount on the service that did not work if and only if i agreed to pay $13,000 for them to replumb my one bathroom. Life lesson. Can't do anything but live on and let the people of our good community know.

Jake gave me a fixed quote and quickly and efficiently replaced my garbage disposal. Jake and Chris are very personable, explained everything, are licensed, and take credit cards. I had a very good experience with Hydro Rooter and Plumbing. Thank you for excellent service.

Fixed my pool riser for exact estimate. Understood what I wanted done and completed the task requested. Very efficient , clean, on time, and is a perfect permanent repair! Highly recommend.
