Great place, nice and friendly ppl! Aimee at the office, right the way ask what my problem was and call the technician. She is friendly and very helpfully, she call Jerry.Jerry prompt help me right the way and find a solution for my problem; in less than 10 minutes they start to do the job. This was on the middle of my trip. My hydraulic lift went bad. If you need any kind of service like rebuilding cylinders, pumps, motors , welding and anything related come to here! Aimee will be at the front office help you with paper work. What a service

Poor customer service, rude front counter staff. Owner refuses to call me back, that's if his front end help is even giving him the message. Therefore I give this place of business a F-.

the most unprofessional, rude, stupid dumb bells seems like they don't care they destroyed my hydraulic rod trying to separated gland to check for piston seals. they said they will call next day is only one nut and they did not worked on it at all i left my item wednesday and i returned a week later and my stuff was on front counter top like i left ita wednesday week before. they just waste my time it took the 7 days to take one nut off and on top of that destroyed the psiton rod stupid not recommend not eeven for parts cant believe they still in business sad is the first option show by google pictures available to proof

It's too bad this company is so difficult to deal with. Shane, the guy in the shop, is personable and skillful. The woman in the office - not so much. She needs to find a job that doesn't require her to deal with the public. As much as I like Shane, I won't use them again. A mentor of mine always said "Life is too short to do business with a**holes."
