Every time I come here I book an appointment with Silviya because she's the best! She's incredibly sweet and always listens to exactly what I want for my cut. The level of accommodation and attention to detail she provides is the best.Not only is the salon clean and well-maintained, but all the employees there are genuinely friendly. It creates such a welcoming atmosphere that adds so much to the experience of getting a haircut. I always leave the salon with my scalp feeling clean and my hair feeling so so soft.I can't express how much I love coming here. It's the perfect place to get a haircut, thanks to Silviya's talent and the overall positive vibe that the salon provides. I've already recommended my whole family, so I hope you give it a shot too!

One of the worst experiences ever...left the chair before Miranda was finished as I couldn't take it anymore. Went in for a simple trim and touch-up on a style I already had. After an hour she still couldn't figure it out! Clearly inexperienced, lacked confidence and simple knowledge. It usually takes about 20 min tops for my hair with people that know what they're doing Sad to say, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and I won't be back.

PLEASE READ!!!!!LADIES DO NOT GO TO HUSH A SALON AND DAY SPA, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SALON THAT HAS SOME ETHICS AND CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! Please save yourselves from the HEADACHES and STRESS but more importantly SAVE YOUR HAIR!I got my hair done at this salon by McKenna Reeb and I want to share my experience ... it may save you your hair. Personally, I am very attached to my hair and I take care of it as much as possible. After weeks of looking at pictures of Mckenna's work on Instagram, I felt confident that she would do a good job with my hair. I also thought I would feel more comfortable with her because we had gone to high school and cosmetology school together. I reached out to her and sent her a picture of what I wanted. I knew it would not be possible to get there in one session, but I was okay with going in for a few sessions.I got my hair done on October 5t h. Initially, I thought I was happy with it but that was because I hadn't really looked at it closely. While she was styling my hair, she turned me to the wall because she wanted it to be a "surprise". When she was done, I only got to look at it for a few seconds because she was running late and wanted to take pictures of it. The next day, I posted a picture of it on Instagram because she had offered a discount for doing so.On October 7th, after washing my hair, I noticed how orange one side was. I messaged asking which purple shampoo I should get and when I could go in for the second session. Since she was my friend, I didn't want to tell her how upset I was with it and I knew she would immediately notice the color difference when she saw it. I asked if she had availability the second week of November. She did not message me back until November 1st... almost a whole month later.On November 2nd, a chunk of my hair broke off in the front, it was left so brittle and weak and continues to break off. I messaged her and told her about it, she told me it was because I was putting too much heat on my hair. I told her I had only put heat on it 3 times. She then said I was brushing too hard and told me to brush it like a white mom. She also told me I could come in to the salon and pay for a treatment.About two weeks later I finally decided I was just going to call the salon and tell them about it. I paid $193 plus left a $37 tip only to have to wear hats in order to hide my hair because I felt so insecure. Kathy, one of the owners, told me I could come in on Thursday December 6th.I went in on Thursday and showed her my hair. She told me it was normal for the hair to lift differently and joked saying she didn't know what she could do for me because It was like going to a restaurant, ordering a steak and then coming back 2 months later. She offered to tone my hair darker and give me a deep conditioning treatment because my hair could not handle another bleaching. (Toner only lasts a month, so this would only be a temporary fix) I declined, because I do not trust anyone from that salon to touch my hair again. I asked if I could get my money back and she said she could not give me a full refund but could offer $50. Again, I said no. I did not think she was being fair considering I lost money, hair and I still have to go fix my hair somewhere else. My hair will take a long time to grow back to the length that it was at before breaking off. The breakage is all in the front, so I can't even hide it.The next day, she told me she would be giving me a full refund for the color process. I told her I wanted it back on the original card and she said she would be giving me $140. Out of instinct, I asked "Wasn't the hair cut only $33?" (which would have been a refund of $160). She said she was going to review my account and give me a call back by the end of the day. The next day I called the salon to ask if she had looked at my account. I was told Kathy was busy, but she would give me a call back.When she called, she told me she would not be giving me any money back because she felt that she had offered more than enough help and I was not being reasonable. I told her I was fine with taking the $140 and apologized for offending her when I asked about the hair cut price. She said this was how things were going to end and that she was done dealing with me. I let her know that I would be posting the pictures online and she told me that she wasn't going to listen to my threats and hung up on me.They blamed me the entire time for something that was not my fault. Mckenna did not even apologize for messing up my hair; in fact, she did not even respond and blocked me on Instagram! I am in complete shock by how the situation was handled, it is obvious that they could care less about customer satisfaction as long as they get your money!

Where do I begin?! I am head over heels for this salon. When you walk in, you automatically feel like you are in an LA salon. So chic and so beautiful. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and everyone is so stylish and beautiful. I took my daughter there the other day for a cut, and our hair dresser was so patient and understanding. She also does my hair and I love her. Silviya always hits it out of the park with my hair and nothing was different with my daughter. I recommend this salon to all my friends and will continue to do some because they are that amazing. If you want to be treated so well and have an amazing experience at a salon, then Hush is where you need to be. We even love about 20 miles away but make the drive each time because it is that good. Head on over and have an amazing spa day at the most beautiful salon around. You will be regret it my friends!

Alex Hegel is THE BEST! Came in for a cut, color, highlights, and style. They were nice enough to get me in to fill another customer's cancellation. The color was mostly nice. not quite what I was going for but she didn't damage my hair. my biggest gripe, and the reason why I'd never go back or recommend this place is because I paid over $300 for everything and she didn't even have time to blow me out, so I literally walked out with drip wet hair. I was pissed. I did want to make a scene so I just paid. I am a woman of color, and if they didn't know how to care for my hair, they should have adm that when I asked before coming in. I was so embarrassed walking out like I just got out of the shower. and even more pissed at how much I had to pay for the humiliation.

Called at 4pm after a crazy work day because I insanely decided to chop 5 inches off of my hair myself the night prior. I explained my situation and need for a haircut and Hush was the only place that could get me booked in an hour the same day! All the ladies were so kind and understanding and Kathy gave me a BEAUTIFUL bob haircut that flatters my features and made me feel like I wasn't crazy for wanting short hair. 10/10 experience I will absolutely return.

I'm super picky about my hair so when I moved to Tucson I did a ton of research before I found Ali. I've been going to her for over a year now and will NEVER go to anyone else. Every time I come into the salon she always takes my crazy hair ideas and turns them into reality. She has done everything for me from taking a picture and literally replicating it on my hair to the fun, bold fantasy colors. I always leave the salon so happy and in love with how my hair looks. Her prices are also super fair. My husband and friends have also started going to Ali and they all love what she has done to their hairIf you're looking for a new hair stylist, go to Ali.
