I recently purchased 4 Castelle patio chairs from HG. Beautiful chairs with soft white fabric. The sales staff were helpful, nice and very professional. Overall service was very good. I waited 3 months for delivery, which I think is quite a while for what I think is a simple thing- chairs. I really like them. Solid construction and beautiful. My only complaint are the cushions. The back cushions appear measly stuffed. I paid $8,400 which is a lot for 4 outdoor chairs. So I expected FLAWLESS quality; including the fabric and cushions. Having them no more than a week, I am noticing the poor quality of the fabric hems ; uneven sewing of the seat and back cushions. And the back cushions are under-stuffed and lumpy. I've seen better. I plan to replace the back cushion stuffing insert with higher quality stuffing. Buyers beware of the showroom markup when purchasing here. Shop around before committing, and know what you are getting before purchasing.

I used to love this shop. They always had quality items and years ago a little boutique in the back full of wonderful Knick knacks. Haven't needed more patio furniture for awhile, but recently had an additional patio built on our home. Two ladies were helping us today. The blonde was helpful and respectful of our browsing. The other woman was borderline rude with her joking. Her first question was "do you have a house"....well, yes? We were looking at a large table with 2 sleeves. Very interested, and she asked if we had 20 kids. Huh? The final straw was assuming we couldn't afford the chairs that go with it. $900 a chair but these are "cheaper".... It was all with humor, but I left wondering what made her assume all those things. It was odd.

We purchased some outdoor chairs and a custom wood coffee table from these folks a few months ago. Friendly staff and nice selection of quality outdoor patio furniture. Our sales person had a little trouble adding up the ticket, and after we got home I noticed the coffee table legs were attached with short self tapping sheet metal screws if you can believe that. Easy enough to fix and I'm not going to hold these issues against them. If you are looking for higher quality than what you'll find at the big national box stores, then definitely check out this locally owned shop. They have a decent selection of better quality furniture. Naturally it's priced a little higher than the cheap stuff, but in my experience I get a lot more enjoyment out of the higher end products. As for the one-star reviewer who was upset about some groupon issue - always read the fine print when dealing with Groupon and be absolutely sure you know what you are buying. If you fail to do that, don't take it out on the store. Give yourself one star for not paying attention.

This is an amazing place for furniture. I got a beautiful patio set, 2 love seats, coffee table, 2 swivel chairs, and 2 end table. They had tons of selections and color patterns that we found exactly what we were looking for! The staff was super helpful and delivery was perfect! I highly recommend this if ur looking for patio furniture for a good price! See attached photos! Love love Love this place!!!

Seemed like a nice enough place. But it is interesting that they had broken floor models and sold stickers on other floor models. They have a large selection however don't be fooled by the prices. It's pretty much guaranteed your going to spend 2 grand on a 5 piece set that consists of chairs and a table. On that note, the lady that rang us up had serious trouble calculating totals. I would never let her run finances for my company. She miss charged me on a 2,000 dollar purchase then wanted to charge my credit card another full charge instead of the difference. Then I offered cash and they tried to give me more back than they should. I had to suggest rechecking two times so their books were correct. But other than that, the delivery showed up on time, and the furniture was as expected.

The best service I have ever seen. Alfredo is truly a gem and I would recommend this to any of my friends!!

Bought Groupons for this company and I gave two of them to to my family and they found out that you can only use them for "large furniture" and cannot use toward accessories such as chairs etc. Also the store was running a "sale" they said that anything on sale was also excluded. The sale was for 10% off!!! What a scam! I was so embarrassed so i went down to see if I could use mine. Well it was a horrible experience!!! They were very rude and demeaning. I felt like a cheap scate for trying to use my Groupon. I will not do ANY business with this company and would like my money returned for all three Groupons for this company.

I stoped by at house'n garden to buy some patio chair covers and arrived at three minutes after four on a Saturday. I knew exactly what I wanted and it probably would've taken five minutes to make the sale.I was rudely told they were closed, "hours are hours "and we're not interested in your business. (The doors were wide open.) I went down the street to Patio Connection and they happily sold me what I needed. I won't be using the store ever again. The people at Patio Connection were very friendly!

We have always had great customer service at House 'n Garden. They have a large selection of high-quality outdoor furniture, but what keeps me coming back to them is the customer service - they truly go above and beyond. We've now bought 2 outdoor tables and chairs and love the sturdy feel of the furniture and the design. The delivery team was also extremely nice and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for patio furniture! I'll be a customer for life.
