Easy parking at the start of a modern trail. The trail is poorly marked, mainly from the worn out signs that are up but most of them are on the ground in pieces or simply not there. Vandals are usually the suspect but it's time to get them repaired. Semi clean bathrooms with spectacular views.

If you're looking for the petroglyphs, make sure you continue to follow the wash. It can be a bit confusing when you first park. Start at the wash and follow the wash. Otherwise, you will be in for a more strenuous hike and never see the petroglyps. It's a good 30 minute walk from the start on loose sand so be prepared. 1 hour total for there and back. Keep on the look out for wildlife!

Had a fun time exploring this park, although the trails were a bit harder to follow than we expected. We accidentally shaved off a good half mile of the loop because we got a bit turned around... Ended up back at the parking lot a bit sooner than we wanted!
