HomeHappy Cleaning Service

We've used HomeHappy for both focal deep cleans in the past and more recently have started a biweekly cleaning service through them. Colleen has always been great with communication and customer service. Nicole is also very helpful and everyone is easy to work with via text. We chose them partly because of the more health-conscious and environmental conscious products they use. But really, the professionalism has also been fantastic.Samantha is the person who does our biweekly cleaning and we couldn't be happier. She's very thorough and good, but also very professional and kind. Consider requesting her.Very happy with HomeHappy.

Love them! The owner Colleen has been accommodating any time we've had to reschedule. Always get reminders. Good communication.Hayley is the best - she is always kind, accommodating, and does a great job! I have had to leave the house a couple of times while she is cleaning and I can always trust her!! Our house is cluttered in some places and we have a toddler and she's so good at working around all of that and we're so appreciative!

OK, now that we're several months into using HomeHappy for twice-a-month cleaning, I feel confident recommending them. All positive, nothing neutral or bad, a good business all around so far.

They must not come to the Sahauriata/green valley area because I called and asked for a call back and a week has gone by and not a word. I would have expected a call back stating they don't service this area but nothing.

This post is from my wife, as Yelp deleted it from her account: We've been using Homehappy for about 9 months now, and we have been completely satisfied. They are thorough, on time, and they listen to our specific requests when they come. Lizette in particular did a great job for us. It's always clean when they're done, but floors and counters were super clean and shiny, and she was so quick I had extra time in the day to do some things around the house.

I've been using Home Happy for about a year and a half. Coleen is attentive to feedback on the cleaners assigned so I have people who work well with me. I also like it that when we travel we can cancel our days and she finds other work for the regular cleaners but keeps our schedule intact when we return. In exchange, I have accommodated occasional schedule changes they have needed. Communication is good and I like the texts about arrival times. Alexis is wonderful - diligent, professional and pleasant.

I like to support a local business for my cleaning needs and Home Happy is great with communication and I don't have to go through a corporate office. Mariah is a great cleaner, reliable and easy to work with.

I've been thrilled with my visits by Lynette and Shawndon. They are a great team - incredibly thorough, fast and very pleasant. I'm delighted to have a housekeeping service again and have nothing but good things to say. I get an email reminder from Colleen the Owner and she's veryaccommodating. I definitely recommend this company!Chanel is a gem. She takes care of everything while I'm working. Hope to have her again.
