Spent one night at Home2 Suites because we were attending an event at the TCC. Convenient and check in was easy. The room is spacious and comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was decent and everything was clean and comfortable.I was surprised that there was not a bar or restaurant at this hotel. We ended up utilizing the little "store" next to the front desk for some beverages and snacks when we got back from our event. We went to the pool a couple of minutes after 9pm and were disappointed to learn that the pool closes at 9pm. I thought it was pretty standard for hotel pools & hot tubs to close at 10pm. The hotel offers free breakfast and I typically enjoy a good hotel breakfast but I must say, the offerings were quite lackluster. Premade egg white omelets that were pretty tasteless. There MIGHT have been some kind of pepper or chile in it but it was pretty indistinguishable. Potatoes that had no crisp and no seasoning. The sausage....oh that horrible sausage. I am fine with turkey sausage but the sausage was rubbery and cold. I was so turned off by my breakfast that I didn't even want to walk back in to the buffet area to see if I could make some toast or have a bowl of fruit. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've had.Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel.

Comfortable rooms in an ideal location for exploring downtown Tucson. I usually stay at another Hilton property nearby but decided to try this one because it was a little cheaper and had a microwave. Possibly because it's attached to a Hampton Inn, it has a nicer patio and pool area than I've experienced at other Home2 locations but the rooms are exactly what those other locations provide. Staff has been friendly and helpful so far. Water pressure in shower is pretty low though. Might be a Tucson thing. This will likely be my new goto hotel in downtown.

We enjoyed a quick one night stay in this spacious room. The front desk was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation to a local restaurant within walking distance. My only complaint on these hotels is their bedding is weak. Fortunately they have an extra blanket (albeit thin) that you can add on. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I am leaving a 4 star review because this property hit all points. Cleanliness, Comfort, Service and experience. The hotel itself is simple and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check in to check out. The room, spacious, clean and comfortable. You have a full kitchen minus a stove, but you have everything else a kitchen has. Microwave, refrigerator, plates, utensils, bowls, glassware, a sink to wash dishes, dishwasher, like I said, everything but the stove. I found this option to be favorable and convenient. The bathroom clean. On the smaller side. The beds were ok. Luckily we were only there for a couple of nights. Could invest in some better mattresses, people with longer stays would appreciate better mattresses. Free breakfast. Did I mention FREE breakfast! A step above continental. You got omelette, sausage, potatoes, waffles. The egg is the liquid type. Not your fresh fluffy egg . But it was free, so it was fine. It saved us on spending on an another meal. This hotel does not have a bar or a restaurant, nor do they have room service. They do have a small little snack shop near the front desk. The parking. So we have a big truck. We tried to park in the car parking lot and our truck almost hit the height marker. So that wasn't going to work. My husband had to go back inside to the front desk and ask for an alternate option. Luckily, they do have a separate garage that accommodates trucks and larger vehicles. Overall, we would stay here again. The home 2 suites concept works. It's nice to have a kitchen, which comes in handy for short or extended stays. I like how clean the hotel was, close by to many restaurants and breweries, within walking distance and central to the freeway.

We stayed at this hotel to attend an event at the convention center in Tucson Arizona. This was our second time using this hotel for attending events at or near the convention center. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The hotel is very clean and orderly. The rooms are modern and ours included a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There were glasses and dishes for use on the cabinet. Our room had one of the largest televisions I've ever seen in a hotel room. You are 8nntuenmiddlemof.town with tall buildings, so don't expect a view other than a parking lot and the sides of buildings. In the morning, breakfast is included with the stay. The buffet meal includes omelettes, waffles, bacon , sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, dry cereal, with coffee, milk, and juices. If you start the day hungry after breakfast, it's your fault. Behind the front desk, there is a small drink and snack store that has sodas, beer, chips and candy. One of the best selections I've seen in a smaller hotel. The only negative to this hotel is that parking is $20 a day. There are no better alternatives to park your vehicle in the area, so you are kinda held hostage. When I booked the room, I saw nothing that mentioned the parking fee. Be aware that the parking garage has small spaces. If you have a large vehicle, you may have trouble getting into a space. On the bright side, one you are parked, you can easily walk to the convention center and the large amount of restaurants and bars in the area. This is a pretty good hotel, just be aware of the parking fee so there are no surprises.

Hotel is nice. Front desk Alyssa was nice. Room was comfortable. Didn't like paying $16.00 for parking but I did anyways. Make sure you get a Room on the 6th floor. We were on the 5th and you could hear people walking in the room above us. Very irritating. The pool area looked really nice. Also the breakfast was just eh. Omelets were way over cooked. Coffee was ok tho.

This hotel says pet friendly but it really is not a pet friendly hotel. There is no place on site for pets to potty. The rooms are typical Home2 Suites layout which is always roomy. I would rate them a 6 on cleanliness. The breakfast was ample and offered more than the typical waffles. The front desk clerks were not friendly and made me feel like I was bothering them when checking in. We had planned on staying two nights but left after one.

Will update after stay- but i wanted to shout out the people that helped accommodate me before i forget their names! Victoria was very understanding and kind when I informed her i was injured and have trouble walking and was looking for a room closer to the elevator since my room was almost the furthest one from the elevator. She worked quickly (this happened in less than 10 mins) and worked with her manager Patricia to help accommodate my request. Im so grateful! I was not expecting to get hurt right before my trip here but I am so glad they were able to work something out with me. Im excited to stay here and get some rest. Thank you Victoria!

Avoid this hotel. We booked a premium upper floor city view room for two nights. Upon arrival the desk assigned us a 2nd floor alley room staring at a brick and a dead and alley construction dump. We complained and were told there were no other rooms. We left immediately and stayed at another hotel. This hotel had the nerve to try and charge our credit card for the two nights after pulling a bait and switch on the room. We will never stay do business with this hotel again. Good luck if you stay here!

First off, in making the reservation the front desk staff was extremely rude. After speaking with the manager, I could clearly see where the desk staff got their lead on how to speak with customers. I booked the room online and during the electronic check-in process, I noticed the rooms that I was able to pick all had up charges to them. I believe this is a very deceptive business practice, and probably illegal. After speaking to the hotel manager she completely blamed it on Hilton. I called Hilton, who blamed the issue on the hotel.Upon arrival, the hotel was "OK". Nothing spectacular about it. Breakfast was non impressive with rubber eggs and little selection. In their business office, they had one printer but no computers to use. Our group stayed three days and was not able to get any room service. I travel a lot and this was probably the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. If I were to come back to Tucson again, I would never stay at this hotel.
