I called Home Depot before I arrived due to an issue with my LG AC not blowing cold air but unfortunately I threw away the receipt because I didn't think that I would ever need to take this item back nor do I want to take it back or want my money back. However, I did want to see if maybe I was able to get a store credit to get the same air conditioning or one in the same price range but unfortunately, the manager said that there was nothing that she could do. She couldn't even give me an even exchange on the item because it wasn't in store however, it was online, but it was sold out so I asked her because it was sold out if there was anyway, she would be able to do an even exchange on an AC that was in the same price she just kept insisting that I could've bought it anywhere, and made me feel like she was saying, I was lying about purchasing it from this store. I am very sad that I was not taken care of by the manager Anna did nothing to make it right. I did get corporate number and will be calling them as well. There Has to be somebody who is willing to be able to help me with this issue due to the fact that I have a small child in my home with no AC and a AC unit that isn't I paid a lot of money for this LG AC for it to even have an issue like this!! I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied, I don't plan on returning to this locationIm hoping that my issue was resolved, and I can trust to return to the stores.

I like this store and will continue to shop here, it's the employees that suck. It seems most of these workers would be better suited to Starbucks or a vape store.

I have only kind reviews about this Home Depot. My friend and I walked into Home Depot totally clueless in what we needed to fix our plumbing problem. Mathew and Bryce went out of their way to assist us and help find what we might need. We did not bring enough parts and ran home to retrieve the part we forgot. Once we returned Mathew was leaving but turned around and called for Bryce and they both were so patient and helped us find exactly what we needed to "do it yourself" project in the shower. When I was in a competitor store earlier this week, I could not find a sole to help us. These two gentlemen went out of their way to help us and I want management to know how special they are.
