This has been my feed store for a year now and I only have great things to say! The service is fast and friendly. They always have everything I need, if they don't they will get it fast. The prices are super fair.

Super friendly, always have what I need in stock and are very knowledgeable about the different dog and cat foods that they carry. Best of all, they're a locally owned and operated business. No way will I shop at the big chain pet stores as long as they are around!

Unfortunately I need to give poor review. They offer excellent pet food choices. They are helpful and have rewards program. But I was offended because in this time of Covid 19 I expect to go into an establishment and be respected. I came in masked and feel that they should take care of me by also being masked as I entered. I want this a Pandemic to end and Arizona's numbers are spiking. If I enter again and have same experience I will walk out. Please address this matter so that we can get through this together.Just returned requested mask. All of salespeople had no masks. When I asked one was put on. Young, clearly in respectful. guys. Doesn't Arizona still have mask mandated? Cashier was Beau. 3/11/21Owner, female unmasked too!!

Really wanted to like this place. It's close, convenient, and sometimes Ace doesn't have the supplies we need for our chickens However, I have to agree with another reviewer who said the staff are maskholes. Yes, there is a sign put front saying "Masks Optional," which should be a clue, but twice we went in with masks on, once at the height of the Delta surge and now with Omicron, and three guys were standing around, no masks, didn't offer us any help (even though there were no other customers), making snarky remarks about masks and mask wearers (I guess they think masks make you deaf). As a business, it doesn't matter what YOUR views are; making your customers feel safe and respected should be a priority. Gave them a second chance. Won't be back.

This company is so awesome for its inclusion for ALL. I'm oh so proud of them as they're not being judgemental and actually following the Bible word for word (Matthew 7.1) and not twisting it up to suit themselves. It's about time as I'm sick and tired of SOME(not all) are constantly doing this. I'll be buying ALL of my pet supplies there from now on.

While most of my friends and I try to avoid going into this store at all costs, unfortunately the mill will not fill Triple Crown Gold orders to anyone else who tries to order. So I have been going in to pick that up. No more. This store's markups on items such as fly spray and general gear are ridiculous. Their TC feeds are much more expensive than I can get elsewhere, to the point I will buy only the Gold with them and have gone as far as getting other feeds from Phoenix rather than here - it ended up being quite a bit cheaper. They also will frequently tell you on the phone that they have something that is not there when you drive 45 minutes to go get it. Then whoever else is at the counter will shrug and say they don't know why you were told that; they haven't had it in weeks. The workers are, with a couple exceptions, not exactly focused on helping customers. Standing with a 50lb bag of feed over my shoulder waiting at the counter for ten minutes while a clump of employees stands off to the side chatting about how stupid people who wear masks are is obnoxious. The conversation I got to hear yesterday about how some people have called them N@zies and 'they're the REAL racists' was just enough for me. I've seen enough behavior off some of the people in store to say that comment didn't come from nowhere - and I wouldn't advise my employees to be loudly broadcasting that fact. Tucson has enough alternative feed store options.

Do not get your pet groomed here! Ida cancelled on me twice 30minutes before my appointmen. Then when I came in for my rescheduled appointment she said she couldn't take my pet in as there were 5 dogs ahead of him. Ida was unbelievably rude and arrogant when I expressed my disappointmen. Makes me wonder how she actually treats the animals and how much time she actually takes to groom... Terrible business practices
