View when lifting off the "frunk" of the car. Bottom of the pic you can see rat poison and chewed wires.
Top of this text capture him stating bumper would be fixed.
Hmm, those wires look a bit suspicious...
6 weeks after delivery and the paint finally arrived, shockingly never was delivered to me,.
They "check for it" and "inspected it" yet suspension alerts were going off prior to delivery and suspension wires were chewed. Really?
Miss named. Usually very slow.
Perhaps a rodents nest was an option on new cars that I was not aware of?
Yes, that is rat poison and fecal matter in the front of my car. Nasty.
Wall of models?
Lugnuts they replaced them with.

No repairs completed. Actually broken more than it was.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Chris Clausen. I am honestly bewildered at some of the positive reviews he's received after our transaction with him. He requested we give him a good review immediately after our purchase, and I'm very glad I waited. First red flag was the cliche salesman catchphrases, flaunting, and PRESSURE. We ignored it and chalked it up to his 17yrs in the industry that he repeatedly told us about. At some point I guess the crappy cliche character becomes your personality, so whatever. The second red flag was how many times we had to address various things with him. It took over 3 requests to get the CarFax he was supposed to deliver on the day of purchase. The biggest issue we had was his lack of action. A few days after purchasing the vehicle we brought it back in to have it detailed. When we received the vehicle back there was a sensor that was detached on the back windshield. The issue was addressed with Chris before we took the car off the lot and he said he'd take care of it. Through the next couple of weeks the issue was repeatedly addressed via text message with him with no actual solution. We ended up taking it in to address other mechanical issues. I had a list of 6 things but Chris only managed to write down 3 of them and gave it to our service guy. We literally found the sticky note he was supposed to have written all of our concerns about with only the first 3 things on it. That just speaks to his laziness as a salesman. After we got the car back we were informed the censor wasn't covered and we'd have to take it elsewhere to have it repaired for $55. That wasn't going to happen, because why in the world would I pay to have something fixed that was damaged at the dealership! When I went to pick the vehicle up my father and I went to the sales department first to speak to Chris about this new problem. The spinelessness of this man really came out during this interaction. Not only did he fail to address this with management, despite our numerous conversation about the issue and his reassurance for a solution each time, he used phrases like "well it's a used car", "it's only $55", "we did do a lot for you when you brought it in with the other issues". Then when he came back from talking to his managers about our $55 issue, they were too busy to talk to us so my dad just went straight to them at which point Chris threatened to call security. Because a room full of other grown men, himself included, wouldn't be able to handle a justifiably angry man. Needless to say, he got chewed out as well as some managers who unfortunately didn't even know about this issue because of Chris's incompetence and negligence. I'm not sure if he assumed we were idiots who would have eventually accepted his lack of professionalism and piss poor promises, but he thought wrong. All of those years of experience he bragged about and it seemed to have only made him a crap person. I'd also like to point out his choice to speak Spanish and spanglish despite the fact that my fiancé doesn't speak it even though he looks Hispanic. So if you don't get that version of him bc you're not brown, it really just makes him a sad master of code-switching. Honorable mentions: sales manager Gilbert Manjarrez - calm and collected and handled the situation how someone with natural leadership skills should. Sales manager Dan (his handwriting sucks so I cant read his last name he wrote down) who was AT LEAST 10 years older than Gilbert, could seriously use some guidance from Mr. Manjarrez. So crazy how his much younger counterpart composed himself 10 times better than he did.

Needed my car serviced for a Ford recall. I called this place at least 10 times to schedule an appointment. No one would respond. I ended up getting ahold of Jim Click Ford, which is 30 mins away. It seemed far so I decided to try Holmes Tuttle again. I finally got ahold of someone. This service advisor told me that she could schedule me over a month out and that they needed my car for a week. I laughed and told her that this was ridiculous and she claimed that she knew and that she had done tons of these. This was not possible so I went back to Jim Click Ford. They scheduled me out 2 weeks and had my car back to me the very next day. So maybe someone doesn't know what they were talking about. If you can't service your car through them, why would you trust them to buy your car from?

Out of all my years owning Fords, having known a family owned Ford dealership in IL for most of my life - I can be of utmost confidence when I say Holmes Tuttle is one of, if not the worst Ford dealer I've ever experienced. I walked in to service, IN PERSON, set my oil change time/date. What happened, you ask? Never got a reply, no communication or appt confirmation, even after confirming in person with a live rep in my face. I call, day of service - 8 calls to service went unanswered. After finally getting someone, we learned they took my info down wrong, never reached out to confirm the time/date. All the negative reviews on here about Holmes Tuttle are accurate - service department is nonexistent. You're unimportant. They're booked solid. They don't care about your service, they care about keeping a booked schedule. Even if that means taking your info, promising the service and never following through on setting that appointment.

We went down to test drive a vehicle here after hearing the 99.5 FM offer that they had going on to get 2 free rodeo tickets! We were greeted by Hunter very shortly after our arrival, he was very kind and professional. Hunter took us to the Ford Broncos and we test drove one. Hunter handed us the tickets after the test drive and wished us a great day! If anyone is going to buy from there, ask for Hunter! If you're reading this Hunter, you did amazing!

Absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. We left several messages trying to schedule an appointment and after five times finally got a call back . They said I didn't need an appointment so I went in. When I arrived they said no you need an appointment but we can't get you in for a month. On top of all that run around they were extremely rude and nasty. I called Jim Click Ford on the other side of town, and was offered an appointment the next day and had the car fixed and back within two days. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to Jim Click Ford.

We bought a new 22' Maverick, since we didn't have to go through financing, it was a fairly smooth process.

I live in California, but just had an extraordinary experience buying a used 2022 Lexus RX 450h from this dealership. Most of the credit goes to the salesman Bob Schmidt. I've bought a few cars over the last 30 plus years and Bob was by far the best salesperson that I've ever worked with. He was super responsive to my frequent phone and text questions. No arm-twisting sales tactics. Warm but not fake. Just a genuine guy looking to sell cars in a direct, pleasant, and transparent way. He went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport on Friday morning when I flew in to close the deal. He drove the Lexus to the airport so that I could "test" drive it on the way to the dealership. And he even had a cold bottle of water waiting for me in the shiny car when he pulled up. Things continued in a similarly positive way when he handed me over to the Finance guy Kiko who was warm and uncharacteristically low key. He answered all but one of my questions that stumped him (out of state transactions can be a bit confusing when it comes to the taxes). To his credit Kiko immediately acknowledged that he didn't know the answer. So he brought the Finance Manager Carlos in. Yet another nice, honest guy. He answered my question and made it clear that he was happy to answer any other questions I might have. Lastly, salesman Bob personally took it upon himself to do some last minute cleanup work in the engine area before I started my long drive back to CA. Oh, and he put another cold bottle of water in the car for good measure. Wow - talk about a great car buying experience! Shout out to Bob and the rest of the team at Holmes Tuttle Ford!!!

Just bought a brand new 2023 Lincoln Corvair 2 months ago from Holmes Tuttle Lincoln at auto mall in Tucson and already experiencing problems with the vehicle. Dropped off vehicle at the service dept. 24 hours later: Have been attempting to get a status on our car and would you know it I am being given the runaround. Each time switchboard sends me over to Lincoln Service department it goes straight to voicemail. 3 attempts so far. Im sure Lincoln Service is ok at other locations but this one stinks.

Disreputable dealer that could care less about you after the saleI purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from them in March. The rather shady salesman threw all the usual euphemisms at me like "we'd really like to earn your business, blah, blah, blah" (as I was able to obtain a good deal after some negotiating back and forth, I ignored the obvious red flags), but when I discovered serious issues with their paperwork after the sale, the dealership provided zero help. Although I paid them an additional $500 for the Karr Security BT protection, their paperwork showed the protection as being "Declined" (fraud?). Moreover, the car was advertised as having the Ford Blue Advantage Gold Certified protection, which both the sales rep and Finance Manager confirmed several times, but I was given absolutely no paperwork, something the Sales Manager at my local Ford dealership said that I definitely should have received. Multiple phone calls and e-mails to the sales rep, the Finance Manager, and ultimately the General Manager, requesting that they correct these issues in the paperwork, were patently ignored. If you're planning to buy a new vehicle, don't think about giving these shysters your business, go to a reputable dealer!
