First of all, I'm very surprised by the silly comments and poor ratings. This park is beautiful. Green grass, shady trees, paths, play equipment, picnic tables, tennis, volleyball, and basketball, bbq. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic and just hang out. There are no crowds. It's really a hidden gem.

This is one of my favorite parks to bring my toddler. It has a separate toddler area, a workout space with a platform for sit-ups, pull-ups, and monkey bars, and a playground with equipment for ages 5+. There is a basketball court and an un-paved trail too. They have covered Ramada's and picnic tables you can reserve through the Rancho Vistoso HOA. Bathrooms are locked but if you're a Rancho Vistoso resident, you can access the codes through the HOA website. There are tennis courts which require a $75 deposit for a key card to access them. They look really nice.

Great little park. Well kept, green grass, a variety of equipment, and a usually clean dog park.

This park is very close to my house and is very cute for toddlers. They have smaller play equipment that I think is perfect for kids 5 and under. It is well shaded and has a grassy area for them to play in. A few weeks ago we went to a birthday party here and for some reason the sprinklers came on in the middle of the party. It made the Ramada area wet and slippery. My daughter was running to the bouncy house and she slipped and fell. Thank goodness she was already. I have no idea why they would have the sprinklers going around 12. We left right after since she said her hand hurt that caught her fall and she was wet.

This little park is tucked away a few turns off of Rancho Vistoso, but has plenty for everyone...even fido ;) The park has plenty of shade trees and also offers a playground, restrooms, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts as well as an enclosed grassy dog park. No need to park on the street since this park has a parking lot plenty big for everyone!Just a sidenote...the park is not located at the "Bougainvillea" address but is actually off of West Desert Fairways :)

Nice little community park. I would give it more stars but the basketball court is disappointing. It's not official size. The side lines are right next to the edge of the concrete so if you go out of bounds, you're probably going off the ledge of the concrete, slipping in the dirt and risking a sprained ankle. It has no fence like the the tennis courts have. So, If you miss a shot, your ball is most likely going into the desert shrubs.

the location left a bit to be desired. ..The park itself was spotless, with comfortable bench and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing dog park. Just very small

Billed as a public park, and appears in a search for public tennis courts in the Oro Valley, this is actually a facility only for local residents. Which we didn't learn of until first cycling 10 miles from Catalina State Park...

Amenities of this park are pretty good. However, the community has put locks on the doors of all the bathrooms. This is a shameful action!

WAS a great park... until recently when the "powers that be" decided to cut costs and re-vamp the dog park. What a joke....removed grass and placed gravel instead. WOW, do you people really think people are going to go there now and have their dogs run in gravel???? To boot, they decided to invest in placing more benches in this "dog park" - should have saved your money - highly doubt anyone will be sitting on those new benches....what a waste of money!!
