Hogan School of Real Estate

I just completed my class with Hogan School of Real Estate, the subject in its self can sometime be a bit dry. Hogan went out of their way, varying instructors and adding life experiences into it, to make it as entertaining as it possibly could be while learning. I needed some help with missed test questions after passing and Jenny went out of her way to take the time to sit with me and assist me in understanding what and why I missed the specific questions. Great job!!!!!!!

I leave in Lake Havasu City and I had a problem with my local school when I called Hogan school, they were so friendly and so helpful. I really appreciate for all their help. By the way Mr. Hogan has YouTube channel which I highly recommend this to all new students. And I have a special thanks to Sarah Roland.

I'm doing the online salesperson class and the man in the videos does a great job at explaining things and repeating important points. However the Bio sig they require between each lesson is ridiculous. You have to write using your screen or pad a 4 letter or digit code and you have to get it extremely close to the way you wrote it originally every time you are done with a small lesson to move on. I've spent more time having to redo my code over and over because I can't draw it exactly the same every time. I'd be impressed if anyone with a laptop and draw the same thing almost perfectly every time. Wish I didn't waste so much time on the code and had more time for my lessons Update: I found a much easier code involving easier numbers and letters to draw and it's worked super well since. They also automatically extended the expiration on my classes due to me having some technical issues and me being literally on the review portion when my time ran out. They are a great school I highly recommend using them.

Learning about being a real estate agent or broker can seem like a difficult thing. Finding the right place to learn is absolutely critical. After talking with different agents in Tucson, I decided to go to Hogan for my Arizona licensing. It was the best decision.The level of instruction is amazing. Their instructors were able to explain all sorts of concepts easily without having to go into 'over-explaining". They made the classes a fun learning experience. Getting a good grasp on the rules and regulations was easy to do with the learning materials, daily quizzes and classroom discussions.If you are considering a career change and real estate is where you want to be, trust me when I say that Hogan School is where you need to start. Not only is the instruction top notch but the staff is incredibly helpful and - this is the big bonus - their career placement program is connected to many many agencies, property management companies and others in Tucson.Go to Hogan. You'll be glad you did.

Signed up for the Online Salesperson Pre license Course. Unfortunately the technology is very flakey. The quiz testing after the video presentations locked my system and lost any ability to navigate out of the locked screen. After an ungrateful exit I logged back in. At this point the only option I was presented was to have the same lesson start over and run it's full length. Also during the video sessions a warning sign came up indicating I would be logged out of the site due to inactivity. This was in the middle of an ongoing video lesson. Don't know how much more active I could have been. At the rate it was going the required 90 hours would have take much more than 90 hours. When I contacted the number in the web site they gave me another number to call for tech support. My contact at tech support was James. James was calm and collected so I'm thinking he will be able to work through this issue and I can get back to my class. While I know James was trying his best he had some strange logic he needed for me to accept about the system's functionality. It became frustrating and I told James I would call back later. In the meantime I attempted to back on to the site and give it another try. Now the system will not accept my password. Turns out the solution was easy, got a refund and will attempt the program at another school.

I see they remove reviews on the website unless it is a 5 star rating! Save your money and go to another school.

Every single teacher I had at this school had stated if you know the vocabulary you will 100% pass states. Another teacher said ignore the math sections, but guess what the state test is mostly math and the test questions are worded in a very hard intriciate manner in states. Hogans tests are no where near getting you ready for states. I pass Hogan's tests easily. They need to prepare the students with more math instructions and harder worded test questions. This will help their graduates pass states. Is this not what the school is for ? To prepare us for the states. Do not listen to the teachers! The test is mostly math not vocabulary like they claimed.
