I like them. I started coming here because they were local. Good guys to work with. The adjust and fix what needs to be fixed and don't overcharge or have you buy things you don't need. Fair and honest. The way shops should be. They're all cyclists. They know cyclists and treat you right. Anytime I get a bike, it get gets dropped off here first to get the look over and adjustments. If you like in Marana or North West Tucson, they're definitely worth a shot to be your local bike shop.

After the sale this shop continues to assist me. Today, I needed to find a good place to donate my extra parts. Over the years I collected parts that are no longer needed. I called HMS. They helped me find a non-profit that takes donations, right here in Tucson.I also needed a tool referral. It was about time that I replaced my old cheap chain breakers. They refereed me to a brand that made a quality tool. Sure enough, the reviews for the Pedro Chain tool were terrific. Since they don't stock that tool, I was referred to look for one on-line. I have had two experiences with HMS Bikes and were both very good.For my first experience I decided to be a PITA and do a Walk-In on them while I was out for a ride and see if they had time to do a front derailleur adjustment. They were very accommodating and dropped what they were doing, put my bike up on the bike stand, and in less than 5 minutes I had a better shifting front derailleur. That was the best $5.00 I spent that week.Because they had such a great attitude with my walk in request, about a month later I actually dropped the bike off for a "Regular Check-up: $40.00", plus I had them "add replacement of all cables and housing for an additional $20". Wow, a complete re-cable job for $20.00. Best deal in town. Plus, I had them install a new chain. The customer service was great, they had the bike done in less than 24 hours. I dropped it off at 5:30PM and they had it done by 1PM the next day. The quality of the work was great. It shifts like a new bike.

We stopped by for some general help with tire pressure concerns and the customer service was outstanding. Will certainly be back to purchase our next bike!

Free air in our tires and showed my son how to put air in his bike. Very friendly and nice! Highly recommend, especially for moms who don't know what they are doing when it comes to fixing anything.

The guys here saved me when a nail went thru my tire and wheel. They interrupted what they were doing to take care of me and had me back on the road in 10-15 minutes. Great guys, very supportive of the rider community. Wish I was in the market for a new bike so I could buy it from them

Mike, the owner, and Joseph went above and beyond! I bought a used bike, as I just moved here temporarily and wanted to make sure it was safe. They adjusted my brakes and gear cables and surprised me with new tires that someone had donated! Their customer service and knowledge is top notch! I would not take my bike any place else! Thank you guys so much!

HMS is an outstanding bike repair shop. The owner took the time to educate me on mountain bikes. He was knowledgeable, the repairs were on time and the bikes handle better than when they were brand new. He even apologized for the terrible service I received from another repair shop (The Hut, in Green Valley). I have to travel an additional 30 miles to get to his shop, but it's worth it.

Brought my bike in for a tune up today and HMS got my bike right in! Great attention to detail by all three - and they even pimped my ride by making her all shiny and clean for the ride!! Thank you for the great service!!

Needed to have both tubless self healing tires serviced. I checked on line to see about a DIY kit, but it was going to cost me more than to have HMS do it. I like to do things myself and have never attempted to fix these types of tires before, so I decided to give HMS a shot and I'm glad I did.I dropped the bike off on Thursday afternoon and it was completed by Friday, however HMS suggested they keep until Saturday to make sure the tires were 100% before it left the shop.It works great and I appreciate the honest friendly service and attention to detail.
