Top notch, clean property, the guest service team took great care of and the pool and suites look great! Would definitely spend more time there!

What can I say?Great hotel, great amenities, great staff. Horrible location!Rooms are great, comfortable, and clean. However, if you have your family with you. Do not have them leave the premises without you. Transients everywhere. By the time you walk to the signal light at the corner. You would have to deal with at least five people asking for money or cigarettes. There is a McDonald's and CVS across the street. Again, you have to deal with people out of their minds.

This was our go-to hotel when visiting AWC and our kid attending there. We haven't been back since the Pandemic; new owners bring new changes. But the customer service is still top tier for your money's worth. It's still worth 5 stars, in my opinion!

David, Amanda and the entire staff was fantastic. Our stay was wonderful the place was very clean the beds comfortable. We will come back here next time we are working in town. Thank you for a great experience and amazing staff.

This is the most expensive "free" trip I've ever had. It's a red flag when the front doors to the hotel are locked 24 seven and you can only enter by having a key. Upon arrival we asked if there were upgrades (we are Hilton Honors gold members and HGV owners) but were told No. The first morning in our room we discovered the stove was broken, and needed a full replacement. We had to change rooms--into an upgraded room with a balcony--the upgrade that was NOT available the day prior. Somehow my windshield was cracked (had to have it replaced), someone let most of the air out of both passenger tires in my vehicle (I called AAA), and (despite closely monitoring laundry), someone stole me and my boyfriend's clothing. I reported these issues to the hotel upon check out and they did nothing. We will never return to this hotel.

Last month we stayed at a Hilton in Arizona. Upon check in the manager gave us a 20%. Off certificate which I uploaded a copy of. This was for any SPA treatments and products.The menu or pricing guide I uploaded shows nothing about automatic. Tips. The SPA added a tip without telling me or showing it in writing. The guide was sent to my email from the mgr. at the SPA.The original price was $199 per person, minus the 20%, however the mgr. decided to raise the price to a couple's services and charge me higher, and I reserved single services, and they charged me higher price without telling me.The mgr. refuses to adjust the amount claiming no knowledge of the discounted pricing.

I was not totally thrilled with the stay here. I booked one week through RCI. I called Hiton to verify that the unit had a stove, which it did. I asked about any resort fees and was told they did away with any fees. I was charged $117.67 in resort fees and taxes upon my arrival, which the front desk was not willing to dismiss. Parking during the first few nights was difficult, since they were sealing and painting the parking lot. On the first night, I was told to park next door in the bank parking lot. Unit (102) has cockroaches, one found dead on the floor and the others running around the kitchen countertop and appliances.

We have stayed at many Hilton resorts, and this one stands out. First, because we were here on Super Bowl Sunday and the resort offered a party in the lobby- pizza, nachos, hotdogs, beverage, popcorn- a good time- very unexpected. Second- they offered an owners Margarita gathering- so much fun. We went to the ICBM nuclear missile museum which is abt 20 minutes away and received a text that the hotel was offering free margaritas and munchies from 2-4, it was the highlight of our afternoon before walking to the Bashful bandit BBQ. Overall, bc they do not push sales at this Hilton resort, we simply got to enjoy our points. Highly recommend for a good time. By the way, our room had an amazing view. Yup, we will come back, and we recommend you check this place out as well.

DONT EVER GO HERE. BEDBUGS IN 2 ROOMS!! I went with my family here after needing a place to stay while we were in town for a few days. Every morning we would wake up to itchy skin and bite marks but we brushed it off as the mosquitos who also are abundant in the area. We were staying at this hotel with a friend with her kids and we found BED BUGS in both rooms!!! Disgusting!!! This place shouldn't even be open to the public!!
