It's unfortunate that so many of the reviews were negative here, but my experience at this location was superb. If you are looking for a moissanite gem for your engagement ring this is the place for you. Tucson does not have a great selection of places to go and try on moissanite, but Helzberg has a great selection. We particularly worked with Benjamin who was so knowledgeable, made us feel heard, explained every single ring we tried on and was not pushy what so ever. We also worked with Amber who really valued our experience there. great experience overall highly will recommend to anyone!

Very. Very. Expensive. Got money to burn? This is your place. High quality merchandise, no doubt about it. But price range is very high. A comparable necklace at three other jewelers I shopped would have cost around $189 - $250. Here? $600. Nice looking inventory, though. Got the feel that sales people work on commission. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

My 82 year old mother has shopped at this Helzberg for 40+ years. She bought a Tanzanite ring in December and wore it twice. One of the stones fell out so we took it back- we were told the prongs are very delicate. We requested a refund but were told we were 4 days past the 60 day refund period. We asked to speak to a manager but she was off that day. We left our number with a promise the manager Alejandra Sandoval would call. My mom tried to call the number given for the manager but there was no answer and no message machine. We returned a week later asking to see the manager. She was there but we were told she was busy with customers. Someone took the ring and promised to talk to her so we left her with the ring for about 45 mins. When we returned nobody had spoken with the manager as she was still busy with a customer. An assistant manager finally managed to talk to her and was told there would be no refund. period. The manager never came over to talk to us about the situation or apologize for not calling during the past week, even though she was told the history of my moms spending at Helzberg ($10,000's over the years) and that the refund date was only 4 days past the 60 day policy. Alejandro Sandoval was rude and indifferent and when I interrupted her to finally talk to her she asked that I wait until she was finished with her customer. We had been waiting a week! When I said that, she turned her head and COMPLETELY ignored me. She was not going to acknowledge us at all and gave her the the message through her assistant manager. We felt brushed off completely by Ms Sandoval. For a store manager to ignore a complaint is not what Helzberg has been for us in the past. What terrible customer service from a store manager. We were basically forced to take a store credit but will never shop at this or the Tucson Mall Helzberg again. The assistant manager was, however, wonderful. Sorry to say though that although we have always had really good service at Helzberg, Ms Sandoval represents the store and we won't be back and will share our experience with our friends who buy fine jewelry. .

I had a request to stop sending a mailed statement bc they are hard up for 3.00 more a month .They can't do that wanted to pay the account off and they wanted 9.00 to do that. When I asked why do they charge all those fees plus a 35% interest on their credit card the supervisor could not answer me when I asked why she didn't answer me. She said because my questions are irrelevant so I guess that's what they think about their customers..

Lack of understanding and compassion from staff. Rebecca specifically is someone I would avoid at all costs. She blamed me for other staff not making sure I was well informed that my "care plan" would be useless if I did not continue to bring my jewelry in for "inspection" consistently. She also told me the last time I brought it in was March 2023, that is when I got married. I very obviously visited Helzberg several times after that to get my ring cleaned and looked at! I wasn't even wearing the band until the very end of March! How could she say that's the last time it was cleaned and looked at. I even looked at other rings while I was pregnant in 2024 and my ring didn't fit. Nobody ever mentioned to me that I needed to bring my ring in despite not wearing it. Now there is a diamond missing and the "care package" that I'm sure my husband paid for is absolutely useless. That is really unfortunate and upsetting. It seems like a lack of documentation on staff's part and lack of making sure I was properly informed is the reason for all of this. I don't feel comfortable going back to Helzberg. A little understanding and compassion and accountability goes a long way especially when providing customer service. Rebecca should learn how to be compassionate and understanding with clients.

I've come here twice and I've had a great time both times. The employees were really sweet and helped me pick out a bunch jewelry for me and my family. The lady that works there named Italy was really helpful and patient with me! She even helped me try on the jewelry!

I have been abused several times in this store. The manager whose name starts with a D has verbally insulted me and has repeated things I said to her to a different jewelry chain and it got back to me. Unprofessional but arrogant about her tenure with Helzberg. Recently the clerk who isn't really a sales clerk waited on me and she was reluctant to help me. I asked her if there was a 14kt yellow gold marquise bridal set there as I saw it the last time I was there. She said ihat item did not exist but I went over to the spot it had been in before and there it was.They all talk about me behind my back and I can tell because they are all cold to me. It started with the manager and she's infected all their attitudes. I don't care if I don't buy every time I've gone in there. Over the years I have spent more than $2k in this store and just because I look more than i buy now doesn't mean I could not buy again. I'm just reluctant to give my money to hostile employees.And I especially want Helzberg hiring staff to know this. These employees act like they are the "Jewels" of the store. Please tell them they are not the jewels only the jewel keepers. So many of us wouldn't even be in this store if it weren't because of the jewels themselves.

Consistent caring about their customers proves the loyalty they show to their clients. Always friendly ! Very knowledgeable and willing to admit it if they don't know and they find the answer. I trust them. So should you. Besides it's all so pretty.

This was the worst customer service experience I have had in years and it is so disappointing because I had always had great experiences with Helzberg before and then this happened and I am appalled and livid with how I was treated. It is a long review but worth the read to save yourself thousands of dollars. I went in to drop my ring off to get resized a few weeks ago and that experience was terrible. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence in the store. Even though there were two employees walking around that could have at least told me someone would be right with me. Then the employee who assisted me barely spoke to me, never gave me her name, and then insulted me on my ring size (as if it is insane to think I needed to change my ring size after almost 10 years). Then she told me the date it would be ready and that they would not be notifying me and it would be up to me to come get it. She also requested my paperwork on the lifetime care plan and I did not bring it with me because every other time I had brought my ring in to a helzberg store they never needed it and could look me up in their computer system. She told me without it I would have to pay $80 when I picked up my ring. I figured whatever I would find the paperwork and bring it back when my ring was ready which I did.So I show up to get it and again I had to wait for someone to help even though one employee was wandering around not doing anything. Then I am informed that my paperwork is out of date despite me having my ring serviced and repair multiple times over the past several years and I would have to pay. I tried to explain to the employee that it did not make sense and no one had ever informed us about this any other time we brought the ring it but she did not care. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she was not there. Which seems pretty convenient. Sounds like she is never there or if she is there she isn't available. Great work ethic to show as a manager.When I went to pay I learned that it was not $80 like I had been told but $250. I had no choice but to pay it otherwise I would not be receiving my wedding ring back. I let the lady no how ridiculous this situation was and how rude I have been treated.I am not okay at all with this experience. To me it seems like the new management has put profit over experience and will do anything they can to keep making money at their store now that the Park Place Mall is dying out. Too bad for them I will be telling everyone I know about how terrible my experience was and to not shop at that location. It is disgusting to be treated that way when something so important and sentimental is involved. And none of the employees cared.
