Was in on 11/20/21 and I waited on by Karen and walked out with a diamond ring and earings. Great experience.

Simply Amazing. I absolutely recommend stopping in; Harry is hands down the most talented goldsmith I have ever met. Over the past 7+ years he has designed several custom pieces for me and each time I've been blown away, he is my "go to" guy when it comes to jewelry. If you're looking to have custom made pieces done I would highly suggest going before the seasonal rushes; many Sierra Vistans' recognize his talents and pour in during the holiday seasons. If you aren't looking to have something made his inventory is both high quality and beautiful. He has pieces for virtually any occasion at some very competitive prices.

The fellow here designed my wedding ring - with the input of my husband, of course, and the placement of old family diamonds. It's been almost half a decade since then, and I still receive compliments on the uniqueness of my ring. In fact, a professional metropolis (city slicker?) jeweler once cleaned it for me and commented, "I've never seen a ring like this. You should be proud." I am. Also, I regularly knock the crap out of this ring with no ill effect. Sturdy as all get out!(I only wish I had a professional photo to upload.)

Love it. Great people. They love everyone that comes in and they always make friends they don't treat your like a customer they treat you like family. They will do whatever it takes to get the jewelry ready and done. Also the jewelry is not crap it's good it looks nice you can tell they took there time. And last the place is beautiful clean. Love it they do it perfect and they have respect. If I could I would rate it a 6/5 but still love the place!!!!

This place and the people are AH-MAZING... I am not from the area originally and I was a little skeptical of the "name" of the business, to be honest, just because I didn't know what to expect. Here is what to expect: someone friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly wants the customer to be satisfied! Harry is so sweet and kind and LOVES what he does. I was able to design my own ring and he was so helpful and it was EXACTLY what I wanted, complete with side detail, peekaboo diamonds, and all!!! I think it's funny that this place has 3 $$$.... implying that is expense, um not so much! Yes, it is a jewelry store, and jewelry is expensive, but so much better priced and better quality than a mall or other chains. This shop is definitely a hidden gem.

I went to HED jewelers to get a ring sized, and some sizing bells removed. It came back to me the very next day, shined up, the right size for me, and no sign of any repair. Perfect. I brought my mom's wedding ring set in to have it sized, and know it will come back perfect too.

LOVE this place. They made my engagement ring and wedding ring to match. Harry did exactly what I wanted. These are honest, helpful people and Harry makes beautiful jewelry. So happy with my rings.

I visited HED Jewelers for the first time last week. My husband's wedding band lost a diamond sometime in the last year or so. Not only did they fix it in a day for a VERY reasonable price, but they also repaired my watch for free when I was dropping the ring off. My husband was so excited when I picked up his ring. He said that it looked like a brand new ring and was blown away when I told him the cost. HED will now have our business for ALL of our jewelry needs.

Place claims they repair jewelry so i called and the lady I spoke with on the phone said they some how cant fix a sterling silver bale to a pendant. Its simply soldering it on, any jeweler worth his salt should be able to do this. Lady was rude and not helpful what so ever. Thumbs down

Long time local resident of 25+ years. I have spent more money with Harry than any other business in the area (outside of Donovan Dodge). Never going back. Ever.I had him make a simple piece of silver jewelry a few years ago, nothing fancy, and half expected him to say no because it was such a low dollar job- $45 total, peanuts. I lost the piece, and had him remake it for me recently. Didn't even ask the cost up front, because at the most, I figured 10-20% more than the first time he did the work.HOLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME. $250 for the same, EXACT SAME ITEM. The lady who works for him did a very embarrassing job at explaining why something so simple could go up 500% in cost, and essentially insulted my intelligence. No offense, lady, but you really came across as though I had somehow lost 150 IQ points. I assure you, such is not the case. Never would have expected such a terrible deal from someone I once trusted. $250 for about a half ounce of silver ($8 or so in the current market). I had no idea things had gotten so bad for Harry that he has to resort to price gouging. Very, very sad.
