Head West Smoke Shop

Called ahead and asked if they had what I wanted. They did. Drove over, had an informed conversation about various options, and then purchased at a good price point. Great interaction.

The store is a total scam. They sell used and repackaged Plum vapes. Plastic wrap looks like a handmade. There is a yellow nicotine tar on the tip of a stick. Imagine health hazard for a customer if previously used by sick person. Two store clerks were high on marijuana, rude and aggressive. Refused to give my money back. Gotta deal with my credit card company to wave $75 transaction.

Stopped in to buy an elf bar and I've noticed the same thing is going on with this smoke shop as it is with others. They are collecting the old elf bars and refilling them with cheap juice. I've been using the watermelon ice elf bar for a few months now so I know exactly what to expect. This is not it tho. The flavor is dull and not iced. It taste like pure sugar and no nicotine. Im disappointed in head west for exploiting customers. Other people may not notice but I do. I'll drive 20 minutes to buy an elf bar since I have to avoid these fraudulent smoke shops trying to make a profit by any means. I will not shop here anymore. Oh and if you don't believe that you can refill an elf bar just YouTube it.

Stopped here today for some little cigars. They have a walk in humidor so I checked that out. To my pleasant surprise, they carry a selection of Romeo & Juliet cigars among others. (That's my favorite brand of cigar.) They have a large selection of pipes and other smoke equipment. Prices are reasonable. I'll be back when I'm in Tucson!

I walked in with my son and was told I could not purchase butane without producing an ID for him. He is 25 with Down syndrome. Is he supposed to have a driver's license or something? The insensitivity of these people is really something.

Really good service and huge variety to chose from. They have excellent prices for what you buy.

Came in with a group of people when we left the person working came to the one black person in my group and accused him of stealing a battery ( there all under lock and key) when my friend tried to explain that he didn't steal that he was simply pointing at an items he even said you can check my car and my person and we all offered to be checked. He said no and continued to ban my friend . He said he got it on video and when we asked to see it he said no . We tried to politely calm down the situation and com to the same understanding but he refused to and slammed the door on us after running out to our car to accuse my friend if I could give negative stars I would ( the saddest part is he's was the only one to make an actual purchase and still go this treatment )

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable of the products they have. Been there several times and not once have they treated me bad or in a rush. They are down to earth people.

Worse smokeshop in town. They will sell used,broken,and new products at new prices. Its a crap shoot which one you will get for your money. Bought a lighter for 20 dollars it worked 2 days. Took it back for e xchange. He tried 5 times to light it and said it works no exchange. Told him i did not spend 20 dollars for a part time lighter i need it to work when i need it. He than told me not to be childish. REALLY? thats how you treat your customers. Don't waste your money on these thives. There are many other smoke shops on this stretch of Campbell that are honest.

Bought a vape pen here on 28 December. Tried it on 7 January and it didn't function properly. Brought it back only to be told they wouldn't take it back after 48 hours.This place SUCKS for customer service.I wouldn't buy anything else here even if I had no other options. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to avoid such shitty customer service.I always thought if you sell a product you should back it up. The manager here offered no solutions or alternate options. This place can rot in hell before I will ever buy another item from them.Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware.
