This school is perfect if you really are ready to make a positive impact in your life.Cody is definitely the big brother I've never had. Jessica would not let quitting be an option for me. I really could not have done this without them.

The training is rigorous and demanding but then again we are being certified to drive a multi ton vehicle that will most certainly cause tragedies if not driven responsibly and correctly. The personnel at HDS was very professional, helpful and supportive. Everyone from Ramona in student services , to instructors Chris, Roy, Tim, and Ray, examiners, Bill and Stephen, were awesome! When you go there you will also find that other students will also be there to help. But the instructors are the ones with the truly tough job. They have to try to be patient while still get you to understand the intricacies of truck driving. Great place!

hi everyone!i completed this program with hds trucking, and the experience i gained with all the instructors was worth it!!i will forever have a cdl, and safe driving skills because of this program and the all the hard work from the instructors. i am a better driver because of this program!the experience i gained from hds is endless, and i will always pride hds instructors!thank you all of you!lega, dan, jim, louisa, jerry, and grace, you will forever stay in my prayers. stay safe on the road my trucking family!

I graduated from HDS and yes there are things that I could change about the program that I paid for but all in all I love the end results. Training was hard but gave me what I needed to be successful truck driver. Thanks HDS family for giving me the chance to change my life

HDS is a family feel and they really care about their people. They go that extra mile to make you feel at home while teaching you what you need to know to become a professional driver!

Disclaimer: I didn't get my CDL at HDS so I can't speak directly to that experience. However, I worked for HDS's primary competitor in Tucson, Southwest Truck Driver Training, for a number of years. Sometimes it seems like the only shady thing in Southern Arizona are the truck schools; however, I feel that both SWTDT and HDS represent a high standard of service, longevity, and just basic do-rightness, based on my perspective as a former trainer, examiner, and manager. There were/are a couple of *other* truck schools in the Tucson area that I just can't say the same about, and at least one of them has put itself out of its own misery. During my time at SWTDT, I was happy to give the students face-time with reps from HDS's sister company, DSW, an outstanding local carrier. Organizationally, HDS/DSW seems to take service to its customers seriously. During my time with SWTDT, I held HDS and its leadership in high esteem, and encountered a number of former HDS grads who speak well of their experience there.

Great school. I received great training. The school provided help with learning when needed and lots of hands on learning. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and supportive.

This place is a scam. Veterans, DO NOT waste your benefits here. Very high cost for little to no education.

Great Trucking school. Theres alot of Trucking experience with staff there. They are all pretty knowledgeable and teach from real experiences on the road. Love the fact that you take your actual test from the instructors who teach you. Also support staff is very friendly and very helpful.
