Reviewing an entire salon when you only had a bad experience with one stylist seems wrong so I'm not going to give a poor rating but I was seeing a girl for a bit who's only been doing hair for about 2 years and had the prices of a seasoned pro. There was a plan to come back in and apply color to my whole head and they were trying to argue that we would need to bleach my entire head. This made no sense to me as I'd done this exact color in the past without the use of bleach. I was simply trying to understand her reasoning when she just said "maybe I'm not the right stylist for you then" which felt unnecessary and rude. Like a more professional way of saying "shut up and listen or leave." This is a person who's been in the industry for a very short period of time and treats clients like her time could be better spent with one or her 20K Instagram followers.

The barber had no idea how to do a hard part and left my hair basically damp!!! Been to many barbers in Tucson and this was the worst!!!

My hairdresser named Kami made my impossibly thinning hair and did a phenomenal job!!

I haven't gone to a salon in so long due to poor experiences and I decided to give Havven a chance. They did not disappoint, quality of service, customer service, and the end result was beyond great. Absolutely recommend, go see Tammy she's phenomenal. Talked me through the whole service and reassured me every step, she will be my go to forever.

My favorite salon in Tucson. Such a gem in the desert. Havven Salon Tucson reminds me of my salon back home in Massachusetts. Top stylists and colorists and Top of the line salon products too. I immediately fell in love with everything about Havven Salon, especially how my hair looks and feels

My hair is officially RUINED! I would give them zero stars if I could! I am so sad that I went here. I came in a couple of weeks ago and paid for a full highlight, the girl maybe used 15 foils for my whole head. She didn't foil my hair near the root at all, you can see the harsh lines everywhere where the bleach was applied, and they came out golden orange. I returned 2 days later to have someone fix it only to have it look worse then before. My hair is beyond trashy now.

Honestly the best salon in Oro Valley. Rae and the owner are wonderful and so talented. Highly recommend!!!

went in to get my hair done cut in layers end results was nothing wasted 2 hours and was hair did not have a style I asked for layers lady said she couldn't do it because she had to dry my hair to cut it which is none sense I went there because I thougth they. were professional but I guess I was wrong they can not handle color people hair horrible experience. waisted my money and my time.
