This food truck offers an array of delicious German food. a variety of wurst sandwiches + classic German side dishes

We stumble upon this food truck at the Meading Room in Sonoita during their May Day festival.I was very hungry and since there were no more other options decided to give it a try.I purchase the Uber brat for $10 and a side of onions for $1. The bread was crispy and chewy on the inside but the brat was spectacular.Their service was quick and courteous.

Happened upon this modest food truck one day and opted to try it. I was really blown away with how good their Uber (cheddar) brat was. With a side of grilled onions added, the total was $11... a reasonable price in order to have food at a venue where there normally isn't any food Lol

Quick service. Their potatoe pancakes were served fresh and paired well with the applesauce. I got lucky because I'm from out of town and they just happened to be at a location I was visiting!

Great food can't wait til they return we love the pretzels and German beautwurst and sauerkraut

My partner and I no longer eat meat, so our selection is pretty limited at a brat truck. BUT, Petra offers tasty potato pancakes (kartoffelpfannkuchen) with applesauce or sauerkraut and egg noodles with swiss and crispy onions (spaetzle). She also usually offers apple strudel or black forest cake for dessert.Haus of Brats is found at various places around town, and she was the sole vendor at Button Brew House's Oktoberfest. She also serves the food with biodegradable plates and utensils. When you return your dessert jar, she also will refund your deposit.Finally, Petra happily will listen to--and make sense of--your terrible, high-school level German and offer a smile of encouragement.

Amazing brat. I was fortunate to catch them outside of Casa Marana for Oktoberfest. They have what looks like a modern van. They had a smaller menu which looked great. I got the Uber brat and it was cooked very well. They had three flavors of mustard which was cool to see. The spicy mustard wasn't too spicy. Definitely check them out if you see them out.

Food truck was good for serving people at a birthday party with good sausage choices. Fast service and pleasant staff. Partygoers enjoyed the food and service

The brats were awesome on our visit on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Authentic German brats! Delicious. One caveat: The brats were not cheap: 2 brats with Saurkrout and horseradish set us back $25.
