It's ok. While I greatly respect the levels of security and vetting required to get in the door (showing ID multiple times, filling out a store profile), the format when it comes to purchasing seems to be more on a different level than most mainstream dispensaries. In fact, the concept seems built on a fast food model like McDonald's. Here's why.After waiting in line for the walk-in recreational product, you go to your salesperson, who is pretty much an order taker. Hardly any suggestions at all with regard to CBD/THC/CBG ratio mixes (if at all), what is pre-rolled, nor current promotions. That, and there isn't any additional ancillary products open to view (i.e., bongs, dabbers, rolling papers, topicals, travel bags for products). Just nothing, unless the aforementioned was packaged and couldn't be seen by the consumer (as is pretty much the vast majority of Harvest's product line). In addition, you really can't hear anything the salesperson (they don't seem to be budtenders to me) is saying due to the interior crowd noise.Overall, I'm grateful that Tucson has a decent dispensary that isn't a dump- it's just that it feels as if you are entering the fast food version of dispensaries with the "Hi, how may I help you" order taking concept rather than a higher level of customer service and product presentation.

I would not go to this dispensary, Jose and like 2 more people are really nice and good at their jobs, the rest are mean and very disrespectful. Whenever I would bring up something to Louie he would belittle me in front of customers and staff, talk to me as if I was not a human being with feelings. I've had my product messed with more than several times. The staff also took pictures of my Drivers License and sent it out to their goons. I have all the proof and paperwork, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never return back to your shop, I rather have my life than get it taken away. You will get your door closed permanently sooner or later, I hope you lose business and your loyal customers.

I got some cookies from there yesterday and it dry and old harvest date 12-21-31 i saw it was on sale buy one get one but this was a robbery old and dry come on and then didn't do nothing said next time ask the bud tender the harvest date no next time put that is old on your web site so I have the choice then now im out of 85$ because is it old and it burn fast like dust thanks

Went in today to pick up an order- I do this about 4 times a week here. Ariel was rude from the get go- argued with me about reusing my plastic bag, then brought the wrong order and argued with me that it was what I had ordered. I showed her the email and she told me the only way to get that item was through a 12 days of Christmas thing. It was only an Abundant pre-roll?? Then I asked her why she was being so rude to me and I'd like to speak to a manager. He came out and refused to even hear my side of the story- that right there is why I'm done. A bad seed is one thing but this business has no clue how to treat customers well. Bottom line, the customer service has always been pretty bad here and I only continued to go because it's close to my house but I will be just going a bit further for a much better shopping experience- Earth's Healing! They are 1,000% better people and Trulieve will never get another dime from me.

this place just gets better and better I came to harvest when they first opened and a lot has changed but for the better the staff is amazing the best thing since sliced bread they always assist me in the best way possible and I feel like family no matter what I just love how no matter what I go threw . like this one time I bought a bag of 15 20 . Pre rolls and the first one I pulled out was empty. And my friend and I were laughing but like I said they accommodate you no matter what and go above and beyond and they have the world best manager thank you again Harvest You Are the Beat this is the only place I go to .
