Trulieve Tucson Dispensary Menlo Park

I love this place. The staff is friendly and helpful every time. They are knowledgeable and don't rush you. And they don't treat me like an idiot even though I don't know all the lingo. I think the prices are pretty universal, so I don't judge, but these guys have decent specials and sticking to those makes it highly affordable. (See what I did there? ) my only complaint would be that they run low on sativa, but they always have some, so not much of a complaint.

Not understanding the price on the website is accurate and I know they look extremely dumb for trying to up charge me. Can't even round 7.48 to 8 dumby that's not how rounding works dipstick

Honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I'm not personally an avid user of products but I do like CBD with the occasional CBN for ailments. I came here for the first time today and they had a first time customer deal where you get 40% off. I didn't open the bag until about 10 hours later when I realized I didn't get the discount. I went back and Max helped me out. He double checked everything and when he confirmed it hadn't been applied to the purchase he corrected it. Everyone I encountered here was really nice, very knowledgeable, and the service was great. As mentioned, I'm not a regular but when needed I will absolutely come back here. Both times I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you're expecting fast service when the entire world is getting off work or on a weekend, you should lower your expectations. Even McDonalds has a line wrapping the building during those times. Prices are also on par with places in Phx, even $2-4 less. I stick to the same brands and flavors so it's a 1:1 comparison.

I always come here. Sometimes there is a while wait if everyone is getting off of work, naturally everyone wants to pick up bud. Last few times I've gone there was no wait at all, so don't go at 5 pm. Everyone that works here treats me with respect and always let's me know about deals going on. I don't understand the negative reviews. I love this dispensary! Thank you guys!

I went in for a first time patient BOGO and they said it was out of the promotional date, yet their website is missing that. So they make up stuff on deals when you get to the counter. Piece of absolute garbage!

I have never walked in there without being greated with a smile. The budtenders are all very helpful and never make me feel like I'm wasting Thier time and I always leave there happy and satisfied with my purchase.Thank you Menlo -park!

terrible location no restrooms for the customers !!!!

They advertise a special and when you purchase it online, they attempt to charge you a different, higher price in person claiming it is a system glitch. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but it's a super sketchy place.

Ordered online twice. Took 50 minutes to get a pick up order. Pretty sure ordering online is suppose to NOT take that long. So I decided to just walk in today. 4 people in the lobby & a 45 minute wait? I don't mind waiting if the product is good, but the preroll I ordered with my last order was wet. Popped open the tube & as soon as I smelled it, it smelled like stagnant water. Called the establishment to let them know & you'd think the person on the phone rolled it themselves. Rude. Condescending. And money just wasted.I prefer to try to rectify issues with the manager, but after not getting a call back, wasted product, and the extreme lack of willingness to help. . . . I guess I'll now take it to yelp.

by far the worst dispensary in town. horrible staff horrible customer service. Every time I go in there I'll wait about an hour even if you place an online order. Bud tender was super rude threw my ID at me and also my change . Cashier number is 44921
