Last update: next day. Service came and made adjustments to the rollers my contractor was unaware of. He Solved both bathrooms As a pair with same issue in under a hour. I m going to send friends here for new shower doors. A lot of folks have asked to see what the final result Is/was. We are all smiles. Thanks to Dakota, Tom, Charmaine and ELe. Hartman teamwork. They have a really great selection of glass products! Their craftsmanship is top-notch. My only beef is the water spigot indicated by the red arrow is at knee height for me and I smammed my bad knee. It hurt so bad and I didn't see it.

We're officially installing the glass in our house. While there have been some errors along the way, Hartman's attention to customer service is excellent from the front office personnel to the installers and Tom, the owner. They've installed gym mirrors, all of our bathroom mirrors, two frosted glass doors and a large 10 by 9 frosted glass panel in our kitchen. Lots of glass! Despite the errors, they always make things right and replace items quickly. We appreciate the entire team at Hartman.

Tom and his team are the absolute best in the business. We are completely redoing a mid century modern house and it has been an absolute nightmare.Hartman Glass has been one of the sole bright spots in the process!Our project has some modern design elements designed by our architect that are not easy to fabricate. Hartman has come out multiple times and helped us find solutions that look great and are also functional. These installs have required high levels or precision and attention to detail. We have had them install floor to ceiling walls of glass, floating mirrors, ceiling mirrors, etc. I cannot recommend Hartman glass enough - 5 stars.

These guys were highly recommended by my contractor so I decided to give them a shot. I actually had a customer service issue with a singular employee and was going to go with someone else but decided to bring it to Tom, the owner's attention. Not only did he listen and care, he personally handled my order. I think everyone should be considerate and not be quick to judge a business by one bad apple. Clearly this was the case here. The install was amazing. I forgot the technician's name but he was super meticulous and spent the entire day working on the install. The shower was for my addition and it wasn't fully finished. He worked around unfinished construction and fabricated minor solutions to make the glass shower perfect. He even took the time to speak with me about window care and answer all my questions. The technician was really the cherry on top--professional and exceptional at what he does.

Don't let your builder get shower surround without you. Nothing can be added to tempered glass after made.Next- make sure they do not measure your frame- they mix up height and width- not paying attention to detail.Finally they have difficult working hours if you have a job you can't leave and they are located in a difficult place to find. I recommend looking elsewhere if you have time constraints.

I had them cut a piece of glass for a bathroom cabinet yesterday. They were fast friendly and professional! I highly recommend them.

Tom Colby and his team did an awesome job for us & we'll be back for more items as we continue our never ending remodel. Best glass and mirror small business in Tucson according to my general contractor. They helped design and install two shower doors. 18 months later one door had lost some of its suction and they came out free of charge to repair it.Custom glass kitchen cabinets beautifully crafted and perfectly measured. They are highly skilled and sales people knowledgeable. The store has many samples and tasteful variety of regularly priced and high end glass choices. Well-run office. I've been to a couple of other glass vendors in Tucson with few choices and understaffed offices, so this place is terrific.
