Harkins Theatres Arizona Pavilions 12

I've seen a few movies here and overall it's a great experience! The theater is clean, it has numerous screens, has good concessions, and fine service. They don't have reclining seats--at least not the screens I've been in--but the experience is still comfortable. They have a rewards program too. It's conveniently located with ample parking. I'll be back!

update: i have now been coming to this theatre for about a year and it has definitely improved. the wait at the concession stand is minimal and the theatre is very clean. i love that we can reserve our seats before hand.

had to come on here to say that I recieved great service tonight! my family and I have been coming to this harkins for the past 4 years and never had problems. tonight we accidentally went to this theatre when we bought tickets for the other Harkins. the ticket checker addressed what problem we had and suggested us to customer service where we did get a refund! in return we purchased a big bag of popcorn at least since we were there and I felt I wanted to invest my money there after getting very great service with no problems/ difficulties. Staff we're very very nice! VERY CLEAR about the situation. we left very very satisfied. I also recieved an additional $5 award to my Harkins account!

Harkins is an outstanding movie theater with friendly, caring staff!!! Their prices and popcorn are the best in Pima County!!

Don't get me wrong, I love Harkins and am loyal to them when it comes to movie-going, so while I was in Tucson for the weekend I figured I would try out this location. Unfortunately I've been spoiled with the upgraded recliner seats and newer amenities at my regular Harkins location so coming here felt like a bit of a disappointment. When I entered the theater, there were folks sitting in my selected seat so I had to kindly ask them to move. It seems like the pre-selected seating here hasn't quite caught on like it has at some of the other locations where it's become the norm. The aisles between seats were super narrow and my seat felt unstable and wobbly throughout the movie. Despite this, Harkins popcorn never disappoints so I can say that is one thing consistent and positive about this location, however the feel of the theater was a bit outdated and made my experience feel just average.

I love a good movie. But it sure would be nice to sit in the theater to enjoy it! I am always perplexed as to why most theaters are so Cold & so Loud! That's how they roll! This theater is the usual fare. However, like their competitors, the chairs could use an update. And maybe one of those cool coke machines that serves up a gazillion flavors? Oh, but the staff is nice. We will still be a loyal patron, especially since it's pretty close to home.

They have a good deal on their popcorn and soda which caught my attention. Now this is our go to movie theater. Their seats doesn't recline but it's comfortable enough. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

This Harkins tickets prices are the lowest of any other movie theatre in Tucson. How could you not like it? Plus it has ample parking spots and places to walk to or shop if you are waiting for a long movie or premiere.My only complaint is that this theatre is always freezing! During the summer and during the winter the air is blowing full force and it makes the movie unenjoyable because you are shivering in your seats. Even when it is 110 outside I still bring a blanket. If I don't bring a blanket then I expect to freeze. Concession stand food is the exact same price as other locations.

(Food/snack review) I rarely get stomach issues. I first came here a couple months ago and I got some popcorn and a drink. I had stomach issues while the movie was playing and back at home. I didn't think much of it and assumed it was something I had eaten earlier. I recently came back and this time had tenders, fry's and a drink. I had big stomach pain in the middle of the night followed by hitting the toilet hard! Then it connected, it was the food/ snacks at this theater. If you go here don't eat their food!

Was just there recently and in the row in front of us a teenager was giving oral sex to her boyfriend. You'd think the employees would say something!
