After a very poor service experience at Precision Toyota, Hardin quickly diagnosed my problem and promptly fixed it at a significant savings from the Dealership. They even asked me to come back in 2-3 weeks to make sure everything is working properly.

New to this area Catalina and saddlebrooke. Went on to Nextdoor app to see who is the best for car maintenance. It was split between this business the brothers oh, and the experts. We chose Hardin Brothers they said they might be a little more expensive but wonderful trustworthy Automotive shop. We have to Toyotas. It was time for the 90,000 mile everything. The bill happened to come to $400 less than we expected. Who would believe 10 miles away from Oro Valley and a little Enclave with its own rules and good neighborly feelings. I'm so glad I moved. And I am so glad we are keeping our business in Catalina

My first experience with Hardin Brothers Automotive was outstanding! I really enjoyed working with them. First, they accommodated me for a pretty thorough set of maintenance services - oil change, tire rotation, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, and battery replacement - on pretty short notice, as we needed the vehicle for a road trip in a few days. They got us in and delivered on what they promised.The owner/proprietor was great to work with. His estimates were right on, I found the prices MORE than fair (I don't understand previous reviewers saying prices are not fair, because they really are competitive or better than other car service businesses), the car is running great, and I will be a repeat customer as a result.When you deal with a nice, honest, hard working, local business, it's something you want to hang on to, especially in car repair/maintenance. You can count on Hardin Brothers. That explains why they're usually pretty busy when you drive by their place.

Went in for an oil change. To check my cabin air filter, which I hate people doing in the first place, you need to open the glove box and CAREFULLY remove the glove box dampener connection. The mechanic who checked mine just ripped the whole thing apart and left it broken, without bothering to tell me. If that's the level of service with an oil change imagine what it's like for other things. By the time I discovered what had happened it wasn't worth complaining about. I'll just never go back and recommend you do the same.

I no longer live in saddlebrooke but I wanted to take a moment and give this shop the recommendation it deserves. They're honest and highly competent.I don't ever recall having had an unsatisfactory repair. If you live off in Northwest Tucson this would be a good place to consider in terms of maintaining your automobile.

If gone to this shop for the last 10 years. I've found that the quality of the work is consistent, whether it is maintenance or repairs. They keep up to date on the new cars but also know older ones For example, I have an 86 Camero, which has a unique carburetor (transition from mechanical to electronic) and I have a Honda which is all electronic. They have fixed both.Their prices are average to above but remember you get what you pay for. They do a quality job and they do it right. They take appointments and I've found their time and cost estimates to be right on.

Hardin Bros Automotive is the best automotive shop I've ever used!They are competent, honest and get the job done ASAP!Trust Hardin Bros Automotive for all my vehicles and will continue to do so.

Honest as can be . I've taken my car twice to them in the year I've lived here because I hear a funny noise. Didn't charge me a dime either time to look for the problem . Took them another time for seat belts and to repair the sliding doors on my van. They were very reasonable and I was pleased with the service .

They are busy, so sometimes I've had to wait for an appointment. But they are GOOD. Excellent customer service.Competitive charges.Highly recommend them.JanC

Tried them again. I made an appt and told them what I wanted done. When I arrived, they never ordered the part for my repair and made an excuse not to do another service. I will now go elsewhere; to a shop that wants my money and return business.
