Happy Trails Christian Preschool

My son has been going to Happy Trails for the past six years. He has learned so much about how to be a good friend, how to be creative, how to channel his emotions, and how to be a better person at Happy Trails. I have full trust in the teachers at Happy Trails and especially the head of the program to create a safe, fun, and constructive environment for my kid. Whenever there has been a rare issue with staffing, I found that Terri, the head of the program, moves very quickly, and effectively to resolve the problem - always to the benefit of the kids. My family is not overly religious, and even though Happy Trails identifies as a Christian preschool, I've never had an issue with anything that they have taught or shared. I am going to continue to send my son to after school care at Happy Trails until he is too old to attend.

My 4yo still has nightmares about the few days he was enrolled here. Sending him there was the worst parenting decision I've made. They care way more about packing as many children in a room as possible than the actual child's well-being. Children were literally holding my child down on the playground behind a playhouse and bullying him throughout the day. After the situation was "addressed" it happened again the next day. Rather than apologize the teacher actually suggested the bullying had something to do with me or him.

This is a fantastic daycare! This is literally our fourth daycare in Tucson. The two-year-old classroom where my son was in rolled had excellent caring teachers that would hug and kiss him and tell them he was loved every day. My son is always happy to be dropped off he's excited to be there excited to engage with his friends. I've never had an issue of not Trusting the staff. Their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other day cares in the area and they provide all food for the day. When my husband went back to school we were no longer able to manage our schedules so one of us could be home with our one year old. As a full time working new mother, it was very difficult for me to overcome the anxiety I had about taking my only child to daycare for the first time. We happened upon Happy Trails, and had a good feeling right from the start. The staff treats us as if we are family, and EVERYONE knows my son by name. The classes are small enough that the children get individual care. My son now BEGS to go to school. We have been with Happy Trails for almost 2 years now, and I am so thankful we found them. Miss Kelly, Ben ADORES you...Thank you soo much for all you do! I can't tell you how much I appreciate knowing that while I am at work my son is TRULY being cared for. Thank you Happy Trails!!!!

I enrolled my son 21 month old here after waiting 3 months on their waiting list. This school came highly recommended to me by a few fellow parents. I was very particular and involved when choosing child care for my son. (We'd previously been to 4 other child care providers and had some not so great experiences including the YMCA, which was the worst experience!). This place has by far surpassed every other school. I cannot express how impressed I am with Terrie and her school. Every staff I've met has been pleasant, courteous and competent. It's a huge relief and peace of mind to have confidence in the care my son is receiving while we're away at work. Not to mention, they're one of the most affordable care centers in town. Needless to say, it was well worth the wait and I couldn't be more honored to have our son attending Happy Trails.
