Hair Salon of Tucson

Just had hair extensions put into my poor, fine hair. My hair had been damaged by a different salon in Tucson after the extensions (hot fused kind) came out and took my hair with it.Not only did Mila do a wonderful job, she put in the bead kind which are reusable and less damaging. She was professional, kind, and quick. Only there for about an hour and a half for a full set. The prior salon took several hours ! Mila also has a lot of excellent advice on how to best take care of your hair extensions and is willing to work with you on style, reuse, etc. Highly recommend.

Came in to do my eyebrows and I wish I didn't. The price for eyebrows said $15 but I was told afterwards it's $19 if you want them to actually take off more hair than slightly around and in the middle? Wtf? Lady ended up taking too much hair off the middle and made them uneven. At first I just said okay but when I walked out and took a closer look in my car there was still baby hairs in the middle? The whole eyebrow wasn't cleaned and they charge that extra for different parts of your eyebrow apparently. Instead of fixing it right away they made me wait.Don't come in here for eyebrows. I don't know about their hair cuts but, they did bare minimum with eyebrows and you still have to go home and touch them up if you want them to look like you just got them done.One stars because of the honesty and helpfulness of who tried fixed my eyebrows. Beware of prices they don't mention! Now my eyebrows are messed up and I paid $15 for me to do them at home.

Best lashes in town! I have been getting eye lash extensions for the past 5 years and in that time have changed salons a few times. Oliya is great. You can tell immediately how much she enjoys her job and her work shows. I have a busy schedule and its hard to make my appointments ahead of time. I have never had a problem booking something for say the next day and of course I dont mund driving a bit further to see her. Thank you Oliya!

Sylvia took great care of me! Even though she was having a busy day, I was greeted with a genuine smile and was given her undivided attention. My hair looks amazing. She has a talent for color. The highlights blended perfectly and disguised my grey roots just as I asked.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET ABOUT A HAIRCUT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I'm trying to grow my hair out so I said to Mila, cut only a half inch off the bottom, freshen up my layers and trim my bangs. She cut 3 f****** inches off. It will take me 3 to 6 months to grow it back out to where it was. I cried all the way home. This is ridiculous. It's not like it's a bad cut that I can go have fixed. SHE CUT ALL MY HAIR OFF. There's nothing I can do. It's done. I'm mortified!!!!

It was time to remove my extensions and since Mila won't color my actual extensions. I wanted to remove them MYSELF to have them colored at Toni & Guy and then have them re-installed by Mila. She ordered my extensions in the wrong color ($600 mistake that I initially over looked cuz it wasn't tooooo far off) I didn't complain not even once. I try new colors all the time and burgundy wine was a color I could live with. The problem was getting my natural hair to match perfectly because she didn't have a burgundy wine color to put on my natural hair! FIRST OF ALL:Communication with this woman is impossible! She flat out does NOT listen! She ALSO NEEEDDDDSSS to hire a receptionist. I had my sister come in for a color and I told her she wanted blue on the ends of her hair. They had to call the grant store and have a girl come over causing my sister to wait an hour..wtf! This is because she doesn't listen and needs a front receptionist! Okay...so I asked if I could USE or BUY the tape remover spray so that I could remove them myself, have them colored at Toni & Guy's and return to her for a re-install. She said she "doesn't sell products" (while she's standing IN FRONT of a product wall of items she sells). IFFFFF she colored the actual extensions, I would NOT have to do this process in 2 parts. I wanted my color even and perfect before my re-install, something she REFUSED to offer. She said she's had "problems" before coloring extensions. SHE ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO USE HAND SANITIZER ON MY $600 HAIR EXTENSIONS and then she had the nerve to tell me NOT TO TELL ANYONE SHE TOLD ME THAT "trick." This woman has lost her mind! I told her that she lost a client that spent over $800 in my last visit! I went to Sally's and bought tape remover oil and removed them right away myself WITHOUT HAND SANITIZER. I then went to Toni & Guy and had them colored and I'm having them re-installed by someone new at a different salon not owned by this crazy lady! If she gets color on your skin or your clothes SHE WILL USE HAND SANITIZER to remove it! There is a product on the market that salons buy IF they aren't cheap. THIS salon cuts corners on stupid shit! She had me fooled first visit...now I see why other stylists at other salons laugh when I mention Mila's. You need a good hair cut/color go to Toni & Guy and save yourself the frustration.

I was very happy with my services. I had my eyelashes done & they look awesome! They were just what I had envisioned, long, not too thick and khardasian-esque. No pain, no clumps, pretty good timing too, it didn't take forever. I felt like an old friend, everyone said hello & smiled at me when I hobbled in. And not to mention were very accommodating. I had just sprained my ankle and they offered to get me ice and helped me elevate it. My boyfriend had his hair cut and is very anal about the way he likes it. They cut it just to his specifications. They were very busy the day we went in and were very gracious to squeeze him in. I can't stand it when I feel rushed, but we weren't, it was all around very pleasant.Oh and free wifi too which is awesome, helps pass the time.

Came in for highlights and walked out very very happy! Hallie gave me highlights and a trim. Great job! I love it!!

I was extremely happy with my haircut I got from Laura today! I've been salon hopping for a few years here in Tucson, and was extremely fortunate to finally have found my "go to" hair stylist! Laura was knowledgeable, extremely kind and, to me, she really knew how to cut short pixie hair! I will certainly be returning to Laura and Hair Salon of Tucson! Couldn't have been happier with the results I received today! Thank you Laura and Mila!

Mila does an awesome job on my extensions and color! I've had my hair done by the best in Beverly Hills and Aspen and Mila's service and prices are the best!
