Hachenberg & Sons Piano

As a customer of 9 years that's purchased 3 acoustic pianos and 1 digital, I can say confidently that Hachenberg Piano is an excellent business. The service and trade policies are as good as they advertise on their website. As a piano student that has advanced through the years, the piano rentals and purchase trade up's were extremely beneficial. I have now landed with a professional grade grand and couldn't be more thrilled. I appreciate the straight talk from the salespeople, and not fluffed up hype. Thanks All!

Great guys working there bought a new Yamaha everything went smooth as possible. Probably gonna trade in for a nice grand concert piano depending on the economy in the next few years but for now I love our new Yamaha!!!! I think it's awesome that they have a five year trade-in deal. Great work guys !

I just came in from out of town and wanted to check out some pianos. I saw this piano store was one of the only good ones in the area. Unfortunately, after walking in and trying out a few pianos, a salesman walked up to us and told us to quiet down because an "actual customer" was buying a piano. This would have been fine, but his condesending tone and rudeness toward us during this encounter made the store very unwelcoming. I was shocked to say the least and do not recommend going here to buy a piano.

I found out that Hachenberg & Sons Piano also does moves and that they are not as expensive as other piano movers around town. I have a baby grand I need moved only 3 miles, single level, no tight corners, etc and was being quoted about $225-$250...when I Mitch Hachenberg got back to me (on a Tuesday, because he's off on Sunday and Monday) he was polite, kind and just needed the quick and dirty of my request and was able to fit me in the schedule within a week. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my move because of a kitchen water leak that seeped through the adjacent wall where the baby grand was supposed to go. Once that gets all cleared up, I'll be reaching back out to Mitch to reschedule my move and I couldn't be happier!

Mitch and his staff are the experts! Super-professional, they moved our grand twice in a few days so that we could have new flooring installed. They were reasonably priced and flexible when the installers switched the schedule AND they treated our "baby" with kid gloves! This is the company to call when you need your piano treated with TLC!

I absolutely LOVE this company! I have bought at least 4 instruments from them over the years. Contrary to someone who is obviously stressed and has an ax to grind there was a post on here that is unrelated to the fabulous service provided to our community for many years. An accident that happened outside of the store and with a person with whom the company is not affiliated is certainly not reason to bash an entire company. I hear negativity about so many things in this particular post that are NOT representative of the great reputation of integrity this family has earned over the many years in Tucson. I first interacted with the brothers in 1989 and have had 100% perfect experience. Best products, great financing, no forceful sales staff, great lessons, super delivery service to my home as well as three subsequent moves resulting in no scratches or dings. I gave this business a 5 star review because that is who they are; who they have always been and who they will continue to be. I am so glad this company has managed to stay afloat where others have not succeeded.

Thanks to this highly respected and honest company, MANY people have pianos in their homes. This company supplies pianos for the TMTA Ensemble concert which was another huge success this very evening. This company has my highest regard.

Purchased a piano from them. I am a professional musician with specific needs for the instrument tone quality is the number one requirement, and number 2 is the ability to stay in tune as I do chamber music ( playing with other instruments). They were incredibly helpful, and patient and helped me find a jewel. THey truly deliver quality service and I can not say enough about them. A fabulous company!

This is by far the best piano store in the area. I bought five pianos there. Steinways and Yamahas. Every tuner told me that I got a steal. Now my friends from San Francisco and Los Angeles started buying there too and are beyond happy..... you can not beat their prices and service. The other day I went there to buy a piano bench because my piano has an unusual color. They happened to have a used one in the store in the same color and they gave it to me for free - although I insisted on paying for it. I never saw an unhappy face in that store and they are bending backwards to help even if they do not get a sale right away. I sometimes just go there to look at what they have and to talk to the happy people working there - although I do not need anything. It is my favorite store of any stores in Tucson....

Outstanding job. Lawrence and Jerry moved my mom's piano from Tucson to Phoenix without any issues. They were on time, professional, and handled the piano with great care.
