I tried a few "mommy & me" type classes, at the YMCA, swim & tumbleweeds, This place was the ONLY place that literally sent me home with a screaming child! I arrived on time for class, paid my dues signed the waivers and once my son was so excited for the class to begin the director came and told me that although the coach was there, there wouldn't be class today. the reason? nobody else showed up!!! I was there with my child ready and eager, the coach was there clearly not doing anything else but since nobody else showed up we were sent home. Needless to say I have never returned and have no interest in having anything to do with them. the facility looked nice and there were a lot of really talented kids there doing awesome things but how can you send a kid home crying because of something that was out of our control????!!!!!! I was deeply disappointed.

Whether you're after difficult bodyweight workouts with strict form and good coaching or trampoline tricks and flinging yourself onto crash mats, this place is a good place to go. The other gym-goers are friendly and the adult-aged classes are welcoming and will be adjusted to your skill level. Open gym on Saturdays has many more coaches available and is a good way to work on what you learned during the week. Although it's not cheap, it's definitely a very reasonable price for the amount of time and personal attention you'll receive.
