Guero Loco's Bubba-Que

The brisket was over cooked and was falling apart on it's own weight. The chicken was pretty good, but grilled chicken. Pulled pork was OK. Sides were average. The flavor profiles of the meats should be more developed and complex. The service was fast and polite.

Food is fantastic. Huge portions of meat. Mac n cheese is quite unique: Bowtie pasta with a white cheese sauce. Brisket is awesome, especially the sandwich. I always get that.

Awesome food truck with such nice owners! I was staying at the residence inn Marriott and the truck was parked there. I was starving after my flight and he opened early to make me something. I had the pit beef nachos. They were very tasty!

I decided to choose this food truck at the Tucson Gem Show because it sounded like the best option. At the very least it was a good option. This truck has all potential in the world with just a few tweeks.Service was fast, efficient, and kind. One of the items I wanted to order was out, but they guy very politely offered something else that I like a lot as well. The only thing that would be nice is if they took a dry erase marker and cross off the items they don't have. Please note - I did come here at the end of the day and it was a massively busy day. It makes sense that they were out of a lot.Again, food-wise I only have a few critiques. The main thing is seasoning. It was a tiny bit under seasoned, which is an easy fix. The other thing is that the pork I choose to put on top of the crazy fries was a little dry. Considering timing and everything, that still makes sense though. I just really wanted more of the tangy, sweet barbeque sauce that was over the majority of the fries. Oh if you didn't pick up on it, the barbeque sauce was really good! I think I can drink that stuff. I really want to come back when they have the blooming onion supreme. It sounded really good. At least I have more than one reason to pick this truck again!

Pretty mediocre food truck bbq. I got a green chili cheeseburger and my husband got a plate of brisket. Both were cooked fine, there was nothing inherently wrong with it, just kind of bland overall. The pricing was decent and they were reasonably speedy though. Would I eat here again? Possibly, but I would definitely hit another food truck first if there was another option available.

The BBQ at this place is amazing. My favorite food from here are the tex mex tacos with pit beef. But I have had many items from the menu since they come to my work, GEICO, on the regular. Everything was delicious. I can't recommend this truck enough.

Pretty tasty pulled pork BBQ sand wedge. Very meaty and the bread was fantastic, but I could see it getting soggy if u don't eat it right away.

Amazing! This is so good.The que was excellent and the coleslaw is just the way I like it. Here's a tip: if you want ribs order a day in advance. They'll take your number and call you to be sure you're coming. Pretty great service for a very, very busy food truck.P.S. Super friendly!

Their Beefer burger is to DIE FOR!!! That smoked pulled pork has so much flavor that your taste buds will be in heaven! I want that smoked pulled pork everyday! Delicious!!

Everything smelled delicious. I ultimately went with their home made nachos with pulled pork. Let me just say that this was beyond delicious and huge portions of the pulled pork. I was extremely please that they used queso instead of shredded cheese. Needles to say that I will try food from here again.
