This is one of the worse community management companies I have ever deal with, try to set up an automated payment on their broken website and never work, I ask for help and no one except for Megan contact me and help me out with my problem but then I had the same problem all over again and the manager in turn never returned my 4 or 5 calls to resolved this problem but they were to quick trying to charge me for late fees when they were the ones that cause this mess unfortunately I live in a community that is quite as well as their members, so no one has time to deal with this bullshit needless to say I feel like they are collecting money for absolutely no reason but I guess this is what our person in charge of hiring a management company can afford, lazy irresponsible people to serve us and still believe that they are doing us a favor.

I've seen many management companies come and go during the nine years that I've lived here. GUD is the first company that actually enforces the rules. That is why I chose to live in an HOA. John has been very professional and informative. He has always responded quickly to my inquiries.

Run of the mill HOA management company. Inconsistent in operating policies. A lot better companies out there.
