I visited the location on Oracle Rd and Oh-My-Gosh the salsa Great location, super clean, friendly, homemade tortillas and yea...table side handmade Salsa and Guacamole The Salsa is the best salsa I have ever had. This is not hyperbole or sensationalism it's the Gods Honest Truth. The chili verde plate was good, I've had better. The Guacamole was excellent, the salsa was a mouthful of summer. Pro-Tip: slip the lady making the salsa and guacamole a few bucks, she's earning the gratuity The fried ice cream was delicious and bountiful

I'd recommend this Guadalajara! We were in a large group of almost 20 and our party was handled fast, efficiently, with no major mistakes and the food was good. I got the vegetarian burrito chilango, initially just without cheese, but the server checked to see if I just didn't want cheese or no dairy at all - I really appreciated that! It seems like the standard vegetarian burrito came with cheese, sour cream, and ranch on the side salad. The burrito itself was yummy, it had a sweetness to it I think from the grilled onions, and was a pretty big portion including a scoop of avocado and salad on the side. The complimentary table side salsa was also made really well. We requested not too spicy, and it wasn't and still had good, fresh flavor. I didn't get any drinks, but other members of the party really liked the margaritas and said they were a good size and strong as well.

Visiting Tucson for the week and had a group dinner at Guadalajara. Wasn't extremely impressed, and I'd say their food is truly nothing to write home about.Their chips and salsa were quite good, as was their guacamole. I'd give it a solid 4/5. For the entree, I ordered chicken and beef enchiladas and they weren't bad but also not amazing. Service wasn't bad but again, nothing spectacular. They did take quite some time to refill our water. I'd say it was a very mediocre experience and I'd probably try other Mexican restaurants before going back here again.

My cousins love coming here for a slightly more upscale experience and we LOVED all the food here! My favorite thing is the tableside salsa and guacamole cart with customized freshly made-to-order salsa. The guacamole does cost extra but it is so worth it. My kids enjoyed watching the staff mix everything for the salsa. We tried their seafood paella which is my cousins' all-time favorite thing to order. The rice was so fragrant and flavorful with seafood. I tried molcajete for the first time which they're famous for--molcajete is a volcanic rock bowl filled with tomato-based Spanish rice, beans, chicken, and tortillas on the side. Overall, delicious food with good portions!

We tried this Mexican restaurant on our first visit to Tucson. Four of us had dinner there two of us ordered drinks from the bar, which were very good and on point.The staff was friendly and efficient, and they brought us complementary nachos and actually make the salsa fresh at your table . We each ordered something different and we all fully enjoyed our meals which came promptly and we're very hot and fresh tasting.. we would certainly return their on our next visit

Also made it Chimi style. I'm telling you right now, makes this chimichanga go up a level! It's sooooo good!!! The price is amazing too for how big it is! It's always 2 meals for me. Everytime I come here this is what I order. I also ordered horchata to drink which pairs nicely with this chimichanga. Everytime I've been here I have a nice waiter or waitress. Never dissatisfied when I come here. Atmosphere: Always clean and inviting and relaxed. Never super busy when I've been during the week around noon.

Went there with two young kids, another couple. GREAT for kids, because a bit noisy (in a happy way) so loud voices dont stand out. LOVE tableside made salsa and guacamole--could easily make a meal with that. Decent margaritas. Had Alaskan grill--excellent fish. Otherwise good, not great offerings--typical mexican food. Would rate 4 to 4 1/2.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised! I've been before during rush hour or events like Cinco de Mayo, but today was much quieter and we got to really enjoy the space. The service was quick and friendly, they answered our questions before ordering. It's nice that they play classic mexican music as it adds to the ambiance. We each ordered the lunch combo with 2 items. I had a shredded beef enchilada and a carne asada tostada, which were both good. We also ordered a classic, mango, and prickly pear margaritas, all which were refreshing. Overall, this is a good spot to grab a meal with friends and catch up!
