After an extremely quick visit with Dr. Griswold he mentioned that he was giving me some eye drops.....no explanation why. I thought they were samples, but at check out they were $20.00.... My husband who had been waiting for me said that everyone who left that office got the same eye drops.... And they were cranking through the patients !!! I looked online and you can buy them cheaper ( IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED OR WANT THEM) at Walgreens or Target...I am probably changing doctors..... This is an extremely unprofessional way to run your practice ..

WARNING!! This business will charge you for services you didn't authorize. They billed me for a service I didn't authorize and when I disputed the the charges they told me that based on my past records I had always received those services therefore, they were going to bill me. I will no longer be using this eye dr nor I recommend them!

I called this morning and the guest experience on the phone was awesome, they are polite and appreciate your business. I then asked them to put me on a waiting list if someone cancels. Well, they called and I came in. This is so different from a place I went to on Oracle next to Whole Foods. We are new to Tucson. We walked in, we were greeted by EVERYONE who was around! They smiled, made jokes and were very kind. They did not give me a hassle about our insurance, like the other place, gosh, I wish I would have gone here first...anyway, my son who is 12 was the patient. We first got Gail, who made jokes, gave me information about Tucson and made my son laugh and she was awesome...listen everyone in this office is wonderful and professional!!! Please listen to me, if you need glasses...come here...do not hesitate and no I am not related to anyone at this office......It sucks when you do not have a clue where to go when you are new to an area...this place rocks and they are really friendly and appreciate your business....I have to give a shout out to the Dr Todd, to the receptionist who I forgot her name, I think Kathy? nice blond hair and great cut! To the awesome, friendly, honest woman ..sorry bad with names...who helped us find glasses for my son and was so friendly and honest if she did not like the glasses I liked. They did not over sell or push you to spend more money...I am telling you ...go to this office and tell them I recommended it and come back to yelp and thank me

Gone - no longer in business. Phone and website dead. Used to be my eye care office. According to his Facebook page there's a post dated July 2 2019 stating "I just left my office for the very last time! Cheers!" Multiple posts from patients asking how to get medical records with no reply. I'm usually skeptical of reviews I read online but for a medical doctor to bail on his patients with no notice and no way to retrieve medical records is beyond inexcusable. I guess the people that wrote those bad reviews were right.

Wow! What a poorly run Doctor's office. I had an appointment today and was slowed by construction traffic. So I called to let them know I was on my way, but would not be there early as they had requested and I had planned. They wanted me to reschedule, but I had already taken off of work and been driving more than 45 min, so I told them I intended to make my appointment. Turns out I was about 4 min late (6 min by their clock). Oops - too late! They are "shorthanded today and can't take me late!" Nevermind that I had taken off work. Nevermind that I drove for more than 50 min. Nevermind that there was construction traffic! And isn't "shorthanded" an indication of a lack of planning on their part? Why is it that some doctors have this sense of entitlement? That they are special people that the rest of us should swoon in awe at their magnificence. I'm sorry, but I think businesses have an obligation to work with people within reason, and this was definitely within reason. Shame on them! Don't think for a minute they wont treat you the same way. Don't give this doctor your business; he clearly has too much already.Update....sad that Dr feels need to make up the "two no show" story....absolutely untrue... dishonesty is yet another very good reason to avoid this place

got a bad refraction, went back after i received my new glasses (online, zenni) My eys hut after reading for 5 minutes. Brought my glasses in to check if they were made properly( they were), and when I asked to get another refraction (I offered to pay again) they refused and said I had to wait 3 months for a new appointment. As soon as they found that I got my glasses on line, their whole attitude changed,since I wasn't buying a $400 or $500 pair of glasses there. Wont go back and neither should you

BEWARE - I saw Dr. Griswold and he diagnosed me with cataracts, recommended multi-focal lenses, I paid him an ungodly amount for those lenses and he repeatedly cancelled the surgery. I have asked for a refund for MONTHS and when he finally stopped avoiding me and met with me and he wrote me a BAD CHECK!!! Come to find out once I went to a competent and reputable doctor, because I previously had LASIK I am not even a candidate for multifocal lenses! Dr. Griswold also took my money after the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners had met with him and his attorney and put the limitations (NO SURGERY) on his license!!! He also have five malpractice cases pending against him. I have filed complaints against him with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and filed a police report. Next I will have to get an attorney and it will cost him a lot more than refund of the money I paid him for the lenses!!!

I scheduled an appointment last month and the person on the phone was overly rude and was more concerned with my insurance and not that I was calling out of concern for my health, and her rudeness did not sway when I said a "Co-Worker" recommended this doctor. I made the appointment but did not feel great about the introduction to the office just over the phone. A month later, office called to verify my appointment and being on travel I said I could not make it and the lady abruptly said okay thank you and was proceeding to end the phone call at which point I said isn't it common courtesy to ask me to reschedule. She proceeded to ask me about my insurance. At this point I abruptly ended the phone call and hung up. This office is rude and if this is a reflection on the doctor whom I was recommended to by a long time patient of theirs, No thank you. Please talk to your staff, your losing business. Being new in town the frustration alone with the wait to see a doctor is one thing, but when you add rudeness, it is doubly frustrating.
