The pump gave out and my two cats were breathing heavily went I got home. I am grateful they are still alive.
My swamp cooler. With so much dirt from probably the previous renter. The maintenance Brian doesn't do his job will. He complains.

I've experienced a terrible practice of renting from Grijalva. I was the first applicant for an apartment of theirs, had all the proper paperwork, and passed the background check. Overall I was qualified and the first in line to apply which should have lead to me being able to rent the place. When I called asking about the place a few days later they said I was "beat out" by another applicant because he was "more" qualified. So the apartment I was so sure of getting was lost and so were 5 days of what could have been searching for a different place to move into. They never explained what being more qualified meant. After being told my $50 application was still usable for their other properties I asked if that scenario might come up again in which I might not be able to rent because I was not as qualified and they said there's a chance it could. Extremely poor managing when you can't even give me priority to another place when you screwed me over on the first.Although most of the staff there were really pleasant, the management seriously needs to rethink how they handle applications. QUALIFIED MEANS QUALIFIED!Would have been 1 star if it weren't for their friendly staff.

When my tenant gave notice this winter that he was leaving to buy his own house, I was in the middle of a health crisis. I am lucky that Grijalva Realty came to my rescue as they helped organize and supervise most of the needed renovations in the condo. I truly can't imagine what I would have done without them. The entire team is helpful and responsive, especially Laura and Celeste, and I will always be grateful for their caring response.

Place looked like this when we first moved in, must have been infested before. But management expected it spotless the day lease ended. Management was not great. Gladly there were no pests while renting but neighbors reported lots. Area had lots of theft. My car also got broken into. Worst place I've rented at so far.

Absolutely agree with the previous reviews!!! Stay away from this so called "Real state" company. They give you misleading information and waste your time!!! Horrible costumer service. I asked to speak with a manager and the woman that took the call was rude and so unprofessional!! Save yourself some time and aggravation and take your business somewhere else. We are costumers not asking for any favors! I will give NO stars to this company.I just copied the review I left at their wave page as I want as many people to be aware of the horrible service this company provides. Stay away and do not waste your time if you are looking for a rental. Good luck to everyone looking for housing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!EVER!!@Uncaring, rude, ignorant of Real Estate Law.Moved in Nov. 24 2024.Six weeks without heating in our rental.Text over text for 6 weeks to have our furnace fixed.Was told (in writing) not to hire anyone to come and FIX it. Instead the Broker Laura Grijalva wrote us and said that if we hire somebody to fix this, the expenses would have to come our of our own pocket." So I've been a tenant and an employee of this company they are users as far as you go as being a employee they're slumlords cuz I've worked on their properties and they don't just s*** about it they're rude and disrespectful and when they're ticked off at you they'll tell you that they will not renew your lease they brought me into a property to clean it up in which I did and for some oddball reason because I don't work for my subcontractor anymore they aren't renewing my lease my cooler was broken All Summer Long where I had to put in window ACS which jacked my bill up to $300 I don't know about you guys but I can't afford that and they don't care they're rude they just take your money and they don't give a s*** do not rent here they're slumlords take it from somebody who used to work for them

I am a current tenant with this company. I wouldn't recommend them if it was the last place For anyone. Laura Grijalva is the owner! Celest and Sonia are the current Managers. I have been leasing here since Nov 2019. My terms are for a year. I have been paying my rent on time until my swamp cooler started having a difficult time. I was communicating and giving them the benefit of a doubt but when I notice that nothing was being done. I went up to check my swamp cooler. Come to find out, it's never been clean. The water lines are old and glued back together. The pump recently quit and I have two house cats. While I was away, the air was blowing nothing but hot. Raising the temperature over 90 and going up. I let them know that I was very upset. They still haven't done nothing about it but to just leave. So for anyone looking to rent with them. Don't! It's a hassle.

When I first moved in and started tilling the ground for my garden and plants I started finding disturbing amounts of construction waste and huge piles of broken glass buried all over the yard. I've been here three years and still find senseless treasures in the ground. After the first couple years of me doing the landscaping I get a letter from grijalva saying I'm responsible for landscaping and will be fined for not doing it. The day I did my initial walkthrough with the realtor she mentions needing to send someone out to do the landscaping. Nice communication guys...I've also had some issues with maintenance. I've had better luck with doing an online maintenance request on the website.
