(3-1/2 stars if I had the option)This was like staying at your cool friends house all the rooms are set up cool with rock inspired decorations but could use a little maintenance nothing that I was turned off by just a little lack of maintenance. YES I would like to stay here again if I am in Bisbee. Super casual and comfortable Gretchen was super helpful when she was talking with my wife. There were some people enjoying their rock n roll rooms but just before 10pm everyone quieted down for the night. There is no tv reception but they do have some movie channels you can get on and chill.

Staying at Greenway Manor the owner Gretchen was very nice, the manor was very homey feeling We enjoyed fire pit. No food was served but Gretchen is also a allowed for drinks and when departing meal brunch. These were served at Le Cornucopia Cafe in Bisbee a few minutes away. Food at the Cafe was excellent, displayed nicely with a great taste. We ate at the Cafe more than once. For a place away from home the Greenway Manor is close to at home feeling as you can get.

We had a great time at Greenway Manor when we were visiting Bisbee AZ. The room was very private and spacious. You will love the way the rooms are decorated of you like music themed decor. The soaking claw foot tub was romantic and added exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a fabulous and comfortable stay in June 2022 at the Greenway Manor. The main building was immense and fascinating in decor, design and age. Loved the copper ceiling in the dining room and the vintage radio and grand piano in the main lounge. Breakfast was wonderful and we were taken care of incredibly well. Despite the temperature outside, the whole building and rooms were comfortable with numerous air conditioning units and fans. The music-themed guest rooms were very spacious, comfortable and the decor was amazing. Vintage posters and magazines adorned the rooms and were a fun highlight. Was a quick drive from downtown Bisbee. Highly recommend, and would stay again on our next visit.

Absolutely loved my stay on 30 Dec '20. The owner made an exception for us to stay on short notice. Upon arrival we were provided a tour, and a bottle of wine. Location is perfect to downtown old Bisbee. We will certainly stay again.

What a wondrous place!! Especially if you are a music fan or not! This property is filled with historical nostalgia! One of Bisbee's prized historic manors. The manor alone is so beautiful and just takes you back to a different era! Stunning woodwork, craftsmanship of an era gone by! So much history and preservation of this amazing property! And get this...each suite or room is rock and rolled theme, how fun is that?? From Bowie to The Stones, to rock divas, pick your genre, and they have you covered!! And Each with supplied with coffee and treats and filled with warm comfort delight. From romantic getaway to a girl tribe weekend away. You name it. Perfect for that long weekend away! Cuddle up by the fire pits outside and gaze at the sunsets and magical mountains surrounded this beauty of a property! While indulging in wine and cheese with your fav persons! The host Gretchen is about the sweetest most accommodating host ever. Any needs, ideas, suggestions, she has you covered! She welcomes her property to all as if they are family. Ask Gretchen for a tour of the suites, she has great stories about the history and miners that once inhabit the property a hundred years ago. And how do I begin to describe the hidden gem of the city of Bisbee. Oh my gosh, it is like a tiny French or Italian haven smack dab in the middle of nowhere! Filled with culture and amazing artists! Main street is a blast of a way to spend the day, or maybe checking out the mines for tours. The buildings along that line this street is amazing, from art deco to ol' western! This city is a plethora of the richest history, so fun and educational. It is a mecca for those that really appreciate the arts! From families to couples to gal pal weekends away, something for everyone in this amazing little town! And a quick ride to Tombstone for a day of western fun!! I can not recommend the Greenway Manor enough for your next getaway!! YOU WILL not be disappointed, I can not wait to go back!!! It truly is unparalleled in what it has to offer from Greenway to the great town of Bisbee! I just adore it now!

Wow, cool place to hang your hat. We stayed in the Marilyn room, very frilly room, but it a wonderful stay. We spent a little time enjoying the fire pit and it was a beautiful night. Gretchen was easy to talk to and gave us some tips on where to go. One tip for the room it could also use a mirror behind the door but it was fabulous otherwise. We had lunch at La Cornucopia and had a great meal, to include the flourless cake dessert. Yummm. Make sure you get reservations for where ever you go. We had dinner at Cafe Roka and did the Copper Queen Mine tour. Fabulous and relaxing weekend.

DO NOT BOOK this place! We fully paid for our stay (Dec. 2024) in advance. Greenway told us we would receive "check-in" information and an access code (since there is NO ONE ON SITE, and the property is LOCKED DOWN) on the date of our arrival. WE NEVER GOT EITHER CHECK-IN INFORMATION nor an ACCESS CODE on that date. We showed up at the property on the reserved/arrival date and tried to call the owners(and left messages) 4 times when we couldn't access/get in -- and have NEVER received a reply. We COULD NOT GET INTO the place since it was all locked up with no one present, and thus NEVER STAYED. We simply had to drive back home (2 hours).Afterwards, we have tried to get a REFUND and still NO REPLY FROM THE OWNERS.The day AFTER our reservation date, we received their belated access code (obviously no good to us then). Still don't have a REFUND or contact from the owners OR Expedia. They subsequently gave us a different phone number to call, but NEVER ANSWER and have no Voicemail mailbox for messages. **** BIRDERS ESPECIALLY -- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with your booking $$$! We had planned to visit Whitewater Draw the next morning at sunrise but obviously did not get to do so (even though I mentioned this to the owner in advance of our booking).

Historic manor situated in the Warren district of Bisbee AZ. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the proprietor and host, Gretchen Bonaduce. Our accommodations were upstairs which made transporting our luggage, etc. a bit of a challenge however it was manageable. Our suite was "Marilyn" and we enjoyed the nostalgia of the past not only in our room but displayed throughout. Gretchen could not have been more of a gracious host making us feel very welcomed. We traveled to Bisbee visiting friends staying elsewhere in town. Gretchen offered and was more then happy to take our entire group on a tour of the main part of the mansion and share its history with us. She also recommended Le Cornucopia as a great restaurant for lunch and she did not disappoint. Worth the stay in Bisbee just for lunch there. I would definitely stay with Gretchen again at Greenway Manor.

Visiting friends in Bisbee Arizona we stayed here a night. What a unique stay. Rooms are dedicated to music we were in the Elvis room which had Elvis memorabilia through rooms. Loved it. A great break from staying in cookie cutter hotels. Would recommend it highly if your ever in area.
