Nice retirement community share in all the recreation facility costs. Heated pools, cool gyms, meeting rooms, and more.Nice people.Over 55 but most seem to be over 75.Mellow, quiet, safe.Worst are uncontrolled kids who visit the pools. Most kids are well behaved. There are a few that let loose to be wild.They have a huge catalog of classes that are inexpensive.Easy 30 min drive to some locations in Tucson.Affordable housing.
