After having a frustrating experience finding the closest jeweler to me open at reasonable times, I reached out to Green Valley Jewelers to inquire about replacing the battery in five of my watches. Not only were Kathleen and her colleague kind and professional, they had all five of my batteries replaced in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Green Valley Jewelers and will be returning!

Dropped off my wedding ring because I had knocked the diamond out. Said it would be a week to fix it. The jewler came out and talked to me about the repairs. I found him very professional. In a week my ring was ready and looked great. I like the way they do in house appraisals. Plus they cleaned my other ring for free. Very friendly people.

I find myself struggling to even write this review. It was such a horrible experience doing business with Green Valley Jewelers..I left an unset diamond with an engagement ring that was of huge sentimental value to have the diamond re-set. I was given an estimate and a receipt and told it would take about 10 days. I waited about 10 days and called the store to see if it was ready. I was told to hang on and the lady would go look to see if she could find it. She didn't ask for a receipt number or how to spell my name. She just left the phone for several minutes before coming back to say " I have no idea where it is, I can't find it anywhere but Connie will be here in about a half hour and I really don't know why you are calling us, our policy is that we will call YOU when it's ready to be picked up". I could not believe my ears! I was so stunned I just said ok, thank you I am a first time customer and I wasn't aware of your policy! And I hung up. I was so disturbed and disgusted. Who says anything like that to a customer!!!??? I'm thinking "My ring is lost!!??"I did get the ring back, but the time not knowing whether I would or not was ridiculous. This customer service was delivered by a woman about my own age, and at that age should know better how to treat a customer. I'll never go back.

I showed Connie the owner my engagement ring. She told me the setting was flawed and I would lose my stone. Frankly, because I didn't buy it from her (I'd never shopped there before) I took it with a grain of salt. A few months later, my setting fell apart and I lost three stones. I had to have the entire ring rebuilt. She was right! Now, I drive from Phoenix to Green Valley to patronize Connie. Her stock is amazing, both Indian jewelry and higher end jewelry. Always good prices and excellent service.

Visited this store in Green Valley to have my watch strap removed so I could install a new band and they were not only very friendly but they also didn't charge me anything to remove it!!! My new go to watch store for battery replacements or other jewelry needs as the other stores are not open on Saturday!!!

This store has been around for decades - they pay low prices for estate sale jewelry and sell it for rip off prices ---- that it's not worth at all ( as verified by a jewelry appraiser ) - they take advantage of those who don't know the difference and ----because there's no " actual real valid " jewelry store in the area - they get away with being arrogant and rude and just mean to the community that supported them for years (unless your purchasing of course ) Don't buy a thing from them you'll regret it !! And good luck getting a refund or credit when you find out it's junk ! ( from an aptaiser ) The name of the store should be " Junk Jewerly" for high rip off prices !!!! I hope they close and a worthwhile store is able to rent this spot I reported them to the Better Business Bureau

I dropped off a custom ring early May, which had lost two small emeralds. They successfully replaced one emerald, but the other was almost a brown tone, so I asked them to try to find another one that more closely matched the existing. Before we left early June, I checked in, first order didn't have a match, they said they would keep looking. They had no problem holding the ring until September; and when I offered a deposit, they refused. Came back last week, it had taken them three tries to match the emeralds. Ring looks great, and I paid the original agreed to price.
