I absolutely Love this store the weed lounge in the back with Gilbert is so relaxing to de stress . This is my new Hzppy place. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and cool I love being a stoner ........ Blowing smoke and chasing clouds .

This place has some very nice and educated employees who know their stuff about the products they sell. The website struggles often with inconsistent working. Greenmed has good deals at times. Quality products are sold here. Very convenient because it's near my residence.

Seriously, it feels like I'm stuck in a real-life version of 'Office Space' with a bunch of managers hounding me about a TPS report I've already said 'OK' to a million times. Picture me as the bewildered employee and your staff as the relentless questioners.As for the shopping rules - got it, loud and clear: I'm the recreational enthusiast, and my partner is the medical connoisseur. We're like the odd couple of cannabis shopping. I'm totally on board with not browsing the aisles together, but why do you keep rubbing this rule in my face? It's like you're a broken record stuck on repeat.Here I am, trying to chill and enjoy the experience, but instead, I feel like I'm navigating a maze in a game show titled 'Who Can Remember the Rules?' Your team's lack of coordination is turning what should be a relaxed errand into a high-stress mission.And don't get me started on the absurdity of not being able to be in the same airspace as my partner. It's like we're in some sci-fi movie where recreational and medical users coexisting causes a tear in the space-time continuum. Can't a guy just get his greens in peace. They do have a nice birthday gift and the staff were friendly up until the unnecessary parental warnings.the price deals are spot on. Unfortunately I can't give a 4 star after being hounded about my rant above.

Horrible customer service they don't allow service animals in and they made a huge scene in front of the whole waiting room asked me to remove my animal because they didn't understand that this puppy is every necessary. Extremely disappointed over all...

This is easily the best dispensary in Tucson. They have amazing weekly deals, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a wide variety of products.
