Grasons was fabulous in handling our estate sale. From meeting Joe and Marci - to working with lead contact Megan - to marketing the sale through pictures and videos - to sending us timely updates throughout the whole process! I cannot stress enough how wonderful and professional this company is and I would highly recommend them for an estate sale. Ours was a more complicated sale with a lot of art and fine collectibles (along with normal household items and furniture). Plus, we were across the country during the sale. I was entirely comfortable with everything, including set up, marketing, pricing and clean up. In fact, I heard from friends and neighbors who attended the sale that they were very impressed with the professionalism of Grasons. Finally, Joe, Marci and Megan were very proactive and very easy to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Grasons of Southern AZ!

Very overpriced estate sale. Not only was stuff pretty old but most everything was 1.5 times more expensive than what you could buy it new. Rusted C clamp for $12 (on sale for $9), new at harbor freight for $6

Moving can be quite an experience as many of you know. Especially when you own a house and have gathered belongings from all your loved ones over the years. When my spouse passed away this year I slowly began to pack and organize, but finally came down to the Overwhelming realization that it was just too much to handle alone. That's where the Grasons come in Marci and Joe come in and help organize with there team. They bring in experts to decide the value of your items and help to set up the sale inside your home. What is the sale is complete, they ask if you want anything back and if not totally clear out the items you no longer need or want and donate them to charity. What a relief it was to have my house completely cleared of some of my larger items that I couldn't manage on my own. Also it was nice to sell some of my nicer pieces all in one go and have them handle it for me. I would certainly recommend this company to anybody considering moving.

My hubby and I stopped by In estate sale run by this organization yesterday. The sale was fine and most of the staff were nice with the exception of one man who said he was doing the job of a traffic sign outside?He yelled at me for the way I parked when I was picking up furniture I had purchased. I apologized for not knowing where to park, but he still followed me around yelling at me until I asked him to stop harassing me. Will never be back.

We hired Grasons for my Papas estate sale. They were all Fantastic; responsive, considerate, very quick to respond and kind with my emotional state. I highly recommend Grasons for your estate sale needs!

Marci and Joe are professional right from the start, with clear communication and reliable service. They kept me informed before and during the sale weekend, and I was notified with sale results and next steps in a very timely manner. Their marketing and advertising is clear and effective, and brought in great foot traffic. They even had a workable solution to the HOA's request to not disturb the quiet and private community! I am so glad I was given their name--they are not only a great company, but kind and reasonable people.

Grasons came to the rescue at a tough time when the house of a beloved person sold faster than expected and had to be emptied in a few weeks. They took the job even though they were booked until later this fall (other companies did not even bother to respond to the emails and phone messages). They were punctual, reliable, and efficient. Our communication was clear, they were transparent and open about the process and they have done an excellent job from start to finish. At some point, 6-7 people were working in the house getting everything ready, they organized an enormous number of objects, tagged and displayed everything, and took care of every detail in the most professional and compassionate way possible. I felt taken care of by a team of good, hard-working, and dedicated people, who took pride in their meticulous and attention-demanding work. I am grateful to Joe and Marci for an incredibly important service. After the sale, they removed from the house everything that did not sell, they cleaned and readied the house for the new owners. Three days after the sale, they brought the keys and the check to my house. They surpassed all my expectations.

Grayson's has Estate Sales down to a science!Joe and Marci were involved from beginning to end. They have a supurb crew of polite, clean, honest, and seasoned professionals working for them. Joe and Marci were responsive to all our questions and even provided updates each day, via text while the sale was happening!Their crew is skillfully efficient! They were so knowledgeable with staging and pricing. Nearly EVERYTHING sold and we made more money than we imagined!The crew come in 3 days ahead of time.  They were respectful of the fact that we still live in the home. We stayed out of their way so they could work but, we were amazed at their understanding of where and how items should be displayed and priced.We had a FULL 3 bedroom home home.  We had furniture and art, dishes and decorations, collectibles and clothes, not to mention the 2 car garage FULL of tools and garage items....so much more than we could gave ever dealt with on our own.  We had so little left after the sale that we didn't even need them to come back to "clean-out" the rest.Our neighbors were impressed too! The advertising and the "following" that Grayson's has is so good that an hour and a half before the sale started, people were standing in line for the sale.  If you need to have an Estate Sale, please contact Grayson's first!  You will be happy you did!

I attended the estate sale of Bud Holman in Nogales Az on Saturday July 29th 2023. After signing up early for my place in line I was in the top ten. I entered home after listening to the instructions from the representatives of Grayson's on the purchasing requirement etc. I immediately went to the area of the house that I had previously reviewed on line.The number two ticket holder immediately went to the area of Indian artifacts and through a blanket over all the items and did the same over a table with additional Indian artifacts and claims all the items with no prices determined. I tried to retrieve one of the items under the blanket and was accosted by the man clamming the items. He grabbed my arm and pushed me away. I reported the encounter in front of the Grason representative and she agreed that it wasn't right what this individual did in tying up all the items. I feel this individual already made a deal with Grayson prior to the sale and that this was an inside deal. Totally unethical and unprofessional on Grason's part In service to their client.

Can't say enough positive words about Joe and Marci and their team. Professional, caring, knowledgeable. They do a wonderful job from set-up through after the sale. They handle promoting the sale as well, ensuring high-traffic and success. Very fair, trustworthy, and with great integrity. If you are in Southern AZ, they need to be your go-to for Estate Sales.
