Monica, the owner was so nice to work with! They worked us in to their busy schedule and their prices are very reasonable!I had read a previous review from the owner of an elderly Australian shepherd and how pleased they were, so had to check her out!Our dog Boomer had never been professionally groomed plus he has a lot of pain and mobility problems. She handled him so gently and carefully. The results were great! She followed our instructions exactly!Unfortunately we also took our younger skittish dog Holly! And since she isn't around a lot of people and has no social graces? She made it difficult for the groomer to try to groom her. She put in a lot of time trying to calm her and she just flat refused to have anything to do with it! So she missed her spa day!Nonetheless, Monica was kind and thoughtful, and didn't even charge us for the amount of time and energy she spent trying to get Holly to cooperate! Her studio is professional, clean and very up to date! We will be returning with Boomer for sure! For kind, compassionate and professional care for your pet, give her a call!

I am giving this pet grooming service a one star rating for the reason that we used to use this company and was very nice to Monica the owner. After about the 3rd visit in the middle of summer we pre requested that monica trim our dog shorter because of the extreme heat. our dog returned home with nothing but a small face trimI voiced my concerns and she argued over the phone but said she can make it better or how can she satisfy. I let it go and never got anything. so yesterday my son texted her for a time and she replied, no thank you! no thank you!!??!!I then called with no answerI then texted her and asked for a date she asked if I was myself and I said yes. and then she replied no, I dont want to work for you anymore. I told your son so now I'm telling you, you complained about my services before so I no longer want to do business for you. so, I guess being the owner she reserves that right but, this in my opinion is very unprofessional and immature. I am also not the first person she has done this too. apparently acting similar to a adolescent and refusing anyone that EVER had negative feedback is her companies MO. I don't recommend to ANYONE to use Got Dogs because if you ever have constructive advice , you'll be fired for it so why bother building the repore. YELP already deleted my previous report about her and they claimed I was too harsh and personal. well. now it's fair, articulate and accurate in my, and some other opinions!! good day

This dog grooming place is the BEST! Monica and staff are incredible with the pooches, and the salon itself is a really nice set-up - top notch. Prices are reasonable and include nail trim. I really recommend Got Dogs Grooming, and so does my doggie!

I found Got Dogs Grooming on Yelp while looking for a groomer for our toy poodle-mutt in Vail. I was tired of driving into town and having to kill 4+ hours while waiting for my dog to be groomed. I contacted Monica @ Got Dogs Grooming during the week before Christmas and was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday, Dec. 22. My son actually dropped Scruffy off and picked him up from the appointment. Monica gave me directions to the shop and recommended not using navigation. My son said that the directions were precise and that the business was easy to find. It's located in a separate building on the same property of Monica's home. My son said that everything was clean and the shop was very nice. He explained to Monica the way we wanted Scruffy's haircut: Not too short and fluffy... a "teddy bear" cut. Less than an hour and a half later, Monica texted me to let me know that Scruffy was ready to be picked up. I can honestly say that this is the best grooming job anyone has done on Scruffy in his life (4.5 years). He returned home happy, clean, fluffy, smelling good, and with a cute scarf. The $44 dollar fee included a full grooming and anal gland expression. The only thing not included was toothbrushing, which Monica does not do. We are very happy customers and are excited that we found a perfect groomer less than 10 minutes from our home in Rancho Del Lago.

Friendly , reasonable in price and my dogs are not afraid and go willingly to see Monica. They always do what I ask and my dogs are treated well! .

Excellent groomer with reasonable prices. I have a Maltipoo and they make her look beautiful.

Monica was very nice and understanding with my new puppy! She really took the time with him and gave him a beautiful haircut! He came out smiling :)

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I had only had my standard poodle for a day when I brought her to Monica to be groomed. I would have waited until she was more settled, but her hair was so long she was literally running into furniture because she couldn't see, so I couldn't wait. I called to schedule and Monica answered. She was very helpful & friendly, & got me in the same day! This was so helpful be because I had taken the day off of work to get acquainted with my new dog.The facilities are clean, and everyone was friendly. Shortly after I left, Monica sent me a text asking about a recent surgery scar & thread on my dog's belly. I filled her in & appreciated her attention. She also sent me a text to tell me she was done.When I went to pick her up, Monica told me my poor pooch had explosive diarrhea everywhere; I was mortified & felt terrible that she had to deal with that. She was just compassionate & wonderful, and I can't say enough good about her. Not to mention she did a beautiful job with the cut (see photos). Thank you, Monica!

Monica and her staff are GREAT with my English Springer Spaniel. They always go that "extra" to make my dog's visit the best. Monica tries to always accommodate the day and time I need to get my dog in. I would not dream of going anywhere else! THANK YOU SO MUCH MONICA.

This groomer was initially referred to me because I had an old, large Australian Shepherd that had a hard time getting around and needed a reliable, compassionate groomer. This shop knows about double-coated breeds and that they should not be cut short or shaved in the summer. My dog always came hone very clean and beautiful with the proper trimming in all areas. Plus a cute bandanna. I see one review here where the owner seems to not know dog coats should not be cut off and then he was mad at the shop owner. I've been taking dogs here a couple years and completely happy. It's a very busy shop.
