I don't know how they got rave reviews: my new golf cart died after driving it just one block. After 3 I/O's I finally got it to work but it happened again on the 4th trip a few days later. Gary took it back and said he'd return it the next day, but he did not call me for TWO days after he said that he would call - I had to call HIM each day. He said that if they can't fix the controller they will put in a new one. I don't want a fixed controller - I paid $14,000 for a new cart and I want a new controller. They should have just replaced it the first day and given it back to me within a day. I would give them NO stars for quality and NO stars for customer service if I could.

Do you have a service concern with your golf cart? No matter the make or model go to Golf Carts of Arizona. My Yamaha Drive experienced a major electrical short resulting in the main wiring harness being destroyed, melted, on fire! When Golf Carts of Arizona towed it in (for free) Ed the service manager told me after initial inspection that it was probably a total loss, particularly if the controller and or motor was fried. Ed called me back the next morning to let me know that the motor and controller were ok and that his crew found a used replacement harness and could make the repair for a few hundred dollars! I am overjoyed! They didn't have to go to the lengths they did. They could have pushed it in a corner and told me it was a total loss. So for competence, professionalism, honesty, and integrity don't go anyplace but GOLF CARTS OF ARIZONA!!

This is our 4th year of doing business with them and have always had excellent service and the prices are very competitive. We had new batteries installed 4 years ago and the price was lower than two other estimates (top of the line batteries). What we like about doing business here is that the owner is the person that actually does the work on our golf cart. We know we are getting professional service with his experience. We would highly recommend Golf Cars of AZ to anyone.
