I don't usually write reviews, but I figured my great experience warranted it. I had called asking if they could repair a loose stone in a ring. I was given a turn around time of a business day which sounded pretty good to me. Upon arrival, the gal up front was able to take my ring back to the goldsmith and immediately fix the loose prongs. I was in and out in about 4 minutes. I will definitely be coming back

I had a ring made into two rings...quoted a price of $450, and when I went to pick them up he charged me $900. Should have gotten a written quote. Today I went back, one of the diamonds fell out. They wanted me to pay half for the diamond...Haven't hardly worn the ring and hasn't been a year. Then they said that to have any kind of a warranty you have to bring it back every 6 months...well no one told me that. So not good workmanship or customer service. Also they kept the original gold ring...I am a little dingy, and forgot to ask for it...and called and they said they always keep the ring...the gold ring.

I needed a few pieces repaired; a ring and a silver spoon. The people here were exceptionally friendly, the services were fast and from what I could tell, well done. Not including very reasonably priced. I will continue taking my jewelry repairs here and I absolutely recommend.

The prices are excellent and they are incredibly fast (days) at taking one of my random ideas all the way to a perfect piece of custom Jewelry. His experience ensures the custom piece is designed with the right proportions for the design and person wearing it.

There is not much inventory in the store and not much that immediately gives you the feeling of a fancy place, but I have found this to be a wonderful neighborhood store. I have followed their business for many years from their location on the west side to the former northwest to their current location. I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work and their prices. They are more reasonable for battery replacement than anyone in town. Mark the owner is capable of doing appraisals of jewelry and watches that have been acceptable to my insurance company. I have also purchased stones at the gem and mineral show and Mark has set them for me. He has stood by all his work. I highly recommend this locally independently owned business.
