GLH Hotel

My cousin has a discount app, so he went through his app (which showed pictures of the grand luxe hotel at its prime) with no review's. I was so scared to stay there. Random people walking around. When we complained about the room they said they're all the same and we have 20 minutes to ask for a refund. The sink to brush our teeth did not drain. I did see small roaches and there were cigarette burns on the bed covers. Also the curtains were torn and the outside door vent was taped and painted over. It was not worth the money at all. If it was 20-30 a night then yes. We paid $100 for queen (prob full sized) and they charged $15 for my yorkie when humans have clearly done worse damage than my trained baby.

Theft, drugs, nasty, roaches, bed bugs, squatters, stench. They say they've called police etc but nobody will come solve the issue. They gave me permission to report it to the BBB, health and safety violation officials. I'm happy to do so.

Our Tucson AZ stay Grant Rd & I10 was reserved on March 13th 2023 and pre-paid through our Good Sam's Perks. $194.97 for the Nights of April 11th and 12th 2023 2 double beds.We arrived and the very Hospitable Friendly and Apologetic Desk Clerk gave us our room.This place was Horrendous! Went next door to the Hyatt and happily paid double after practically bathing in sanitizer!This was the very definition of Roach motel. I don't think a Prostitute would work out of there. Issues included but not limited to:1st room: Floors sticky, TV with 'spray' like body fluids didn't work. Phone was sticky and didn't work. Curtains filthy and pinned. A/c held together with Duct tape. Pulled the mismatched bedspreads back to stained sheets. 2nd room door barely closed could have shouldered it open.Cockroach in tub. Stained bedspread. Non working TV, NO phone. Non working lamp.3rd Stained curtains and bedspreads, Curtains held together with Duct tape. NO Lamp. Non working TV was held upright on stand by plastic water cup. open Pipe in stained bath tub.Stained bedspread.4th room Stained Curtains held closed by tuck taped. Door barely closed. Hanging on hinges. Working Tv but no phone. FECES in the toilet!ALL 4 Rooms: All white linens dull gray. Stained tubs. Nails hanging out of walls. 1 pillow per bed...etc........

Lobby smells like sewage. Roaches in the bed. Stains on the walls. Exposed electrical. We left after a few min and in that time some guy was coming up and trying to open our door. BEWARE. The room wasn't even that cheap either.

Listen folks. If you need something dirt cheap and don't mind getting what you pay for then this is the place for you. Listen shit happens, but what really makes this place worth giving it a shot has to be their manager Issac. He is professional, and handles issues with ease and always makes things right. I was in a real bad spot, having to have my new home fumigated unexpectedly for termites burned a hole in your wallet and Issac helped make this nightmare of a situation (termites are gross and $uck) into an almost neutral experience. To the upper management, I hope you understand and value Issac. He is the biggest asset you have, and that includes the property. Treat him well. Show him praise and more importantly pay the man. - K

If you are a rodent or rat, you will feel at home, gross! Bring your own towels and sheets, do not use the ones they left from the last renter!

Cockroach in bed. Blood on chairs. Dripping water all night long. Smoke smelll in non smoking room. Disgusting.

Only gave it a star because it was required to leave a review. Stay tf away from this place. Dirty, smelly, run down, unsafe

The worst place I've ever stayed. Disgusting and dirty didn't even have a trash can. Must mean it's all trash here. The worst thing wasn't the dirty toilet it was the disgusting mattresses that I had to bring my own sheets to cover they were falling apart and stained. I guess I expected a little more than that even for the area.
