I called Glassworks of Tucson to take care of a sliding shower door that had come loose and shattered. They fixed it without a problem and did it all while we were out of town. So convenient. No muss no fuss.

Great company. Called this morning because my glass walk in shower door had moved out of alignment and was overlapping at the top. They came within a couple of hours. Fixed the door quickly and it's good as new. The two guys were polite and helpful. Will call them again if ever needed.

This is the third shower I've had done by Glassworks of Tucson. They did an excellent job on all three. I don't bother calling any other company for quotes anymore for glass work. Their work is fantastic and the jobs were done efficiently and quickly. I plan on using them for a rental property I have.

I used Glassworks of Tucson for a 49x54 mirror install. Terry and his crew are very busy people. Giving their customers the Best service Tucson has to offer!!! I would recommend them over and over again. Terry's installers are polite prompt and caring. Their prices are exceptional. This Company is putting Customers back into Customer Service. Everyone at this company was courteous when we interacted with the owner and their technicians. But, we did have problems regarding the installation of the glass above a pony wall in a walk in shower. The glass was cut too long and when it connected to the large glass door correctly above the pony wall it left a large gap between the glass door and the pony wall to the floor. The company came out several times and said it met all industry standards and required specs. Finally, I called and requested their AZ Registrar Of Contractors(ROC) number. The secretary said she would have to look it up. She then gave me the number and asked why I needed it. I thanked her and hung up. In 10 minutes the owner called and asked what he could do to remedy the situation. I reviewed the problems and he said he would schedule a service. He then called back to schedule the service but first asked had I filed the ROC complaint. When I said no, he then setup the service call. When the very courteous and skilled techs came, they immediately said we are going to correct this now and fix it like it should have been installed. They removed the glass above the pony wall and took it to their shop. After several days they returned with the glass properly cut, adjusted the door and plastic tubing above the pony wall and below the pony wall so we no longer have that large gap in the lower section of the glass door and pony wall.

Glassworks of Tucson did a wonderful job installing glass shower doors for us. We had three companies come out and quote. Glassworks was the only one that showed up on time. One company was a no-show. And, another company misplaced the measurements causing us to add another week to our quote timeline. All things being equal (pricing was fairly similar) we decided to go with Glassworks because they acted like professionals. Super glad we did because they were a pleasure to work with. And, stuck to their timeline, which as we all know is a miracle in this day and age!Thanks Terry and team for a great experience.

These people came out and took the measurements of our window that needs replaced. That was on December 27th. It is now January 10, 2022. I never received a quote. I called and left them a message last week because their voicemail picked up. I have yet to get a phone call back. I don't recommend this company at all.

Outstanding! Terry and his crew were excellent from design to installation to follow up. The shower doors totally transformed our bathroom and we look forward to enjoying them every day.

Glassworks of Tucson customer service from Mitchell who does the scheduling to the techs are all very professional, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to complete the job. Their prices are reasonable and they all take pride in their work! I feel that the technicians and Mitchell are an asset to this organization and we would highly recommend this company for all your glass needs!
