I would love to give more than 5 stars for Gigi's!!! It truly was a wonderful experience. Gigi, the owner, was the one helping me pull dresses and help to try on. I came with a large, sometimes rowdy crew and Gigi made the experience fun and answered everyone's questions. She explained how each dress could be altered, made with different colors, bustled, etc. I ended up finding my dress during my first appointment, and for a very reasonable price for the quality of the dress! I'm so excited to go back to get the dress when it arrives, and I would imagine it will be an equally wonderful experience getting the dress altered! Thank you Gigi's for making my dress shopping experience perfect!!

I was getting a little sweaty just THINKING about trying on dresses- strangers trying to sell you things, squeezing in and out of unflattering floof, everyone just watching you and voicing their opinions. But I had to come here and give a review because I had a very nice time at Gigi! Vanessa was super helpful while also being easy going- Exactly the personality me and my sisters and mama needed. She was thorough, helpful, low pressure, and kind. Oh yeah, and the dresses were beautiful too! Definitely give Gigi a try

I loved everything about this experience--they had beautiful new dresses and a sales rack with some amazing deals. They were attentive but not pushy--and they have a magician of a taylor for customization. Would highly recommend.

I had the BEST experience at Gigi Bridal this weekend! My family was only in town for one day so I knew I had to find the dress and was a little anxious. Gigi made me feel comfortable and confident from the minute walked in. She really listened to what I was looking for, so much so that the dress I ended up choosing was one she had picked for me! She is GREAT at her job and styling for personal preference and body type. Gigi also has a great selection of beautiful gowns for any bride's style!! My family loved Gigi and our experience there as she took care of every single detail and had amazing customer service! I will forever cherish my perfect wedding dress shopping experience. I am so excited to be a Gigi bride!!

I've grown up in Tucson my whole life and I always assumed I'd have to go to Phoenix to find a couture dress. I fell in love with a Pronovias gown (Thyone specifically) and the site showed me that Pronovias gowns were in fact featured at Gigi Bridal, right here in Tucson! Ecstatically I made an appointment at the shop and inquired about specific gowns that I was interested in trying on. Gigi quickly responded and informed me that she did not have the exact gown in the store but that if I wanted, she could get the dress from New York. Obviously I screamed yes, this is the gown that I had been drooling over and was obsessed with. I needed to at least try it on and Gigi made it happen!On the day of the appointment my dream dress was already in my dressing room ready to go. Gigi herself was my consultant and she was very sweet and attentive. This was my first dress shopping experience. I did dress myself and then Gigi would come in to ensure that it was on correctly or to make adjustments. I suppose that isn't the most traditional way of doing things but I preferred it. I'm fairly private so I didn't see anything wrong with that but to each it's own. The shop itself is very chic, I feel like it's a hidden gem for being so conveniently located. There isn't a huge selection but I can confidently say that there is a dress for every kind of bride out there. It was such a special experience and I'm enthralled that it was my first and last bridal appointment. After I said yes to the dress and the tears had stopped flowing the champagne was popped. It truly was a great experience!

My experience at Gigi was fantastic! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, I was greeted by Vanessa and she walked us around the store to introduce different types of dresses. I was able to look at the dresses and pick what I like from the rack with Vanessa's help (I went to another popular store in town prior to coming to Gigi and I was not allowed to look at dresses on the rack). I was able to try as many dresses as I wanted and during the entire appointment, Vanessa was so patient and helpful! I have always been wanting a Rosa Clara dress and Gigi is the only store in Arizona that carries the designer's collection. However, the particular dress I was looking for was not in store but Gigi quickly contacted the brand representative and they were able to ship the dress to Gigi for me to try on! And I said yes to my dream dress during my follow up visit!!!I love every aspect of the store, especially how much the ladies care about their customers. Also the price is so reasonable! I can't be happier that I find my Rosa Clara 2021 collection dress at Gigi, instead of flying to LA or Miami!

Gigi's Bridal was recommended by a family friend who purchased her dress here. I browsed the designers on the website and found a couple dresses that I really wanted to try on, and the website noted that they were available in store, so I made an appointment.When we arrived at the appointment, I was dismayed to discover that the website was incorrect and none of the dresses I had saved were actually in store (it was my bad for not calling to verify). Apparently the website is "not updated frequently". In fact, there was an extremely limited stock. We picked out a few gowns, the associate brought them to the dressing room...and left. I had to go find her to ask if I just put them on myself, which apparently I did. I've been to 4 different shops now, and even a bridal show, and never once have I been left by myself to put on a dress. Some of the dresses were a little complex/heavy, and one of my bridesmaids had to jump in to help me get in and out of them. The associate told me she'd "be back" to fit the dresses, which was also confusing since we were the first appointment of the day, the only customers, and the store is very small. We were all unclear as to why and where she kept disappearing to. I basically had to call out that I was ready, and would wait for her to come back from wherever she was. At one point we waited for so long that my bridesmaid got frustrated, and pinned me into the dress just to get it over with. On our way out, I asked if there was any way they could order a sample of the dress that I saw on the website. The associate said absolutely, that she made a note of it, and the store owner or herself would be in contact once they ordered it. It's been 2 months, and I still haven't heard anything, so I'm moving on.

I loved Gigi's Bridal Boutique! My sales rep's name was Taylor and she was extremely helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with considering It was my first time trying on any wedding dresses. I showed her a few dresses that I've been dying to try on and she made directed me right to them and even showed me ones similar to them if they didn't have the dresses. Taylor was very patient with me during my whole appointment. Not once did she show that she was annoyed of getting dresses for me. She complimented every dress that I put on, but knew which ones I wasn't too fond of because of my facial expression lol. I ended up finding "The One" that day! I was so happy and excited!!! Now I'm just waiting for my dress to come in :)Gigi's has a small selection compared to the other bridal stores that I went to after that appointment. But Gigi's is in a great location up in the foot hills. It is well lit inside but the dressing room that I was in was a little dim. If you want to get a good view of the dress, go to the front of the store and use that mirror. The staff is very nice and friendly. If you're looking for a bridal store, come to Gigi's!!
