I sent a request for pricing Ana availability and Mike was extremely responsive and helpful. I needed service quickly and he was booked out too far but was very helpful with recommendations. The good ones are always booked out right? While I didn't get service in time with him he was and is my first choice for these reasons.

Having missed my 1st appt due to my daughter being sick, then when my reschedule came around, I was sick. With the help of a friend & the Gibbs folks going above & beyond, I was finally able to get my van the overdue service it desperately needed. I won't take my van anywhere else.

Been. going to Gibbs for years and before that to another company where Mike Sams, the owner was the service writer. I go because they are fair, honest, and fairly priced. Never a worry about being asked to do something that is not absolutely necessary. Our cars are 15 and 13 years old, and in perfect running condition thanks to Gibbs.

I've been coming here for 20 years and I've seen 3 different owners and the new owner is better that the last. Excellent quality and service that you can count on, quality mechanics that know what they are doing, and a quality staff like George and Mikayla who can address your concerns about your vehicle. This is company you can rely on but make sure to make a reservation because they are very busy!

I had a great experience with Gibbs! As a young lady I normally get nervous going into automotive shops due to worrying about being overcharged or workers making me feel uncomfortable. The Gibbs employees were very professional, kind, and gave me clear options for my vehicle. They were very honest and communicative. I do plan on returning to them for my future auto needs!

I am a frequent winter visitor to Tucson, and have had significant work done to my Outback on two different occasions here and have been quite satisfied both times. I have also been to Gibbs for an oil change and inspection. So a total of three.They seem real nice, always treat me well, and the services they have performed were apparently done correctly. Engine is definitely running better with the new plugs they put in on Monday. It's a busy place, seems popular, and I once asked another customer about his opinion and he said he's been going there for years and is still satisfied.

I've been taking my car to Gibbs over the last couple of years and was initially impressed - great service, reasonable pricing, good workmanship - but it has significantly declined. I had a ball joint replaced a few months ago and they snapped my axle in the process (luckily took accountability and replaced it at no charge). The staff used to be kind and friendly, but now everyone is rude and short with me. The price of labor has sky rocketed. I took my car in today bc the horn wasn't working and was told it would be over $1000 to replace. When I said I couldn't afford it and came to pick it up, they tried to ding me with a diagnostic charge (which they've never done in the past and failed to tell me about up front). When I said this to the girl at the desk, she rolled her eyes at me, ripped the paper up, and slammed a new paper (without a charge) down in front of me. Rude. I won't be going back to Gibbs. Please let me know if theres another mechanic in town that you'd recommend.

From the first time I went to Gibbs they were very professional explained what I needed what the cost would be did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Customer service excellent. I won't go anywhere else. I took a vehicle my daughter bought in Friday and the service that i requested as far as the inspection they showed me the wear on the inside of the tire. I would recommend them to anyone especially women who may not know a lot about their vehicles like me. My son actually found this place for me from Colorado after doing his research am very happy that he did. The other thing I like is that they put on your invoice your future needs and if you have immediate needs.
